I remember this lift.. I am pretty sure that *This is the exact same lift as the lift at where i used to live when i was little!* I dont believe it was exactly this lift but it was similar.. Note: I have moved to a diffirent country, I no longer live at this location!
@@Elevationnation04 Soviet lifts were developed and built by Iljushin and Yakovlew airplane works! The quality was the highest ever! These machines are made to live for ever!
That lift reacts to calls faster than newer KONE ecodisc elevators. Instant reaction from soviet, 2 sec max wait for KONE. But seeing as soviet lifts use mechanics for the buttons it makes sense.
These clicking sounds when moving? This elevator has mechanical three-position switches on each floor that control the movement direction and switching to low speed.
@@noahshelly2311 After the end of the pandemic, we invite you. We have a lot of such elevators, especially in hospitals, factories, and administrative buildings. You will ride great. Most of them are in their original form as in the USSR, although they are more than 25 years old
Its not just that this ia an old soviet elevator, I did some online research and found out the manufacturer that installed this elevator, and it is named KMZ.
That sign on the top right is so creepy; seen inside the lift… It looks like a face always watching its riders. I wouldn’t want to get stuck in there with that thing face watching me. 😱😱
@@mrmattandmrchay There’s only some storage room and a door to the roof up there, so I assume that the motor room is accessed via the roof. BTW, this lift was replaced by a Kone with horribly slow moving doors…
This is one if the scary elevators I'm see in my life i was ride 1 time in old elevator and I think i well stuck so this is scary I'm only ride in new elevators because old elevators cone in my dreams ..

Cool mate, thanks for sharing
Soviet lifts are by far the bests in the world!!!!
I think you’re on the same thing because I totally agree. Literally the sounds of the motor.

Omg I would love to see that motor room!

I'm really scared of elevators, and this one in particular is one of the scariest I've ever seen.
Soviet elevators: the doors are always misaligned to the point of asymmetry, and they make a scuba diver breathing sound when they open or close.
Its not just that this ia an old soviet elevator, I did some online research and found out the manufacturer that installed this elevator, and it is named KMZ.
Тhis isn't KMZ, this is MLZ
You should ride some USSR elevator with Pop out Buttons "ЗАЛИПАЙКА" they are awesome
Hey, this is MLM-70s (MogilevLiftMachine)
I like it, that is KMZ Traction Elevator

Oh lol, my home elevator! Pity that they are just now removing it and installing a new Kone one! Engine being on top of 9th floor scared so many ppl!
Next time if you accidendly pressed second floor instead of third floor, to change: then press STOP button once and then press again third floor.
This is an old elevator Soviet Russian but never an elevator MLZ And the Old elevator Soviet vtopovy but I will put a like! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😃
It's not russian, it's belorussian elevator.

What about engine room?
its like elevator hitch
You should have gone to the roof and filmed the view :)
Also should have gone up those stairs at the end of the corridor, perhaps a motor room video would have also been possible.

Ones I was in clinic. There was brand new MLM 2021 elevator and old soviet SHLZ 1989. And mostly people use old one.
