+christian garrison That'a why we use L-dopa for its synthesis. Since L-dopa can cross the blood brain barrier.

+Farty Frog (Loadingwait). L-dopa is used in patients with Parkinson's disease. In fact, in Huntington's disease there is an overproduction of dopamine, so L-dopa is not prescribed in these patients.
