A different prospective: According to the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), Allah is incredibly merciful in His judgment, in that:
1- Good intentions are rewarded: Even if someone intends to do a good deed but is unable to follow through due to circumstances beyond their control, they are still rewarded for their good intentions by Allah.
2- Sin requires action: For a sin to be considered committed, there must be both the intention and the actual act of sinning. Simply intending to sin is not enough to make someone accountable for it.
Therefore, since envy was only intended, the act of pride is the first actual sin!

I think in islam, well, we have even been encouraged to question things (to get/seek the answer).
But no room for doubting in islam.
I think, those two are different. I hope you can understand the different between those two tho.
Again, i think the example is, when the angel asked: why would you put another being that can destroy earth? That is questioning.
Meanwhile, the devil was doubting when allah asked him to bow down to human.

    As-salaamu A'alaikum brother
Allah bless you and your family in every way and keep you all steadfast on this path Allah has chosen.. Aameen ya Rabb Ala'alameen 🤲
Being humble and submissive are part of being Muslim, as you've stated in your video, which I thank you for immensely. Shaytan's pride and arrogance in disobeying Alah's command to prostrate to Adam (peace be upon him) is what landed him where he is now. It was his defiance and disobedience to Allah, as well as his questioning Allah's decision at an inappropriate time, that got him kicked out.
Shaytan had this doubt since the day Allah declared He was creating man from clay. The angels asked immediately why He was doing so, and Allah responded "...I [Allah] indeed know something you [the angels] do no " [2:30]. On the other hand, shaytan let his questions and his doubts simmer and fester, causing hatred and envy towards Adam (peace be upon him) to well up inside. That all came out on the day Allah said to prostrate.
One other thing if I may: no prophet or messenger of Allah ever questioned Allah's commands/decisions. They understood there must be something more that they were humble enough to understand without asking. This's why whenever they were given a command, the heard and they obeyed. It's more a matter of trusting Allah and relying on Him when He has promised something. When He said He will bless a people, or He will punish a people, He also clearly states why. He gives warnings, signs and reminders to keep us on the straight path. If we decide we don't like it, that's on us.
In saying this, there's no wrong done in asking or having questions. It's how we go about those questions and what their purpose is that differentiate between curiosity and arrogance.
    That, and Allah knows best

The Quran is revealing itself to you brother ...keep it up...I am a born Arab Muslim and really enjoyed your interpretations..I may just add that the first sin wasn't the common ones, the first sin that Allah doesn't forgive and that led to Pershing of the strongest men is arrogance! Satan is arrogant and so is every corrupt leader, business man or even any one in leading position. It's the mother of all sins, being egoistic and arrogance you see yourself as the better one, then there must be people who're lower than you to feel higher, once you're able to preserve this higher up status, you learn to do the rest of sins, you lie, cheat, commit anything to feed up you're ego, also because others interests are insignificant. It the same story repeating on and on since Satan refuses to bow to Adam, then the pharos, Hitler, Netenyaho, Biden....all of them were and are filled with themselves.

WRONG. A bunch of prophets were unsure/hesitant in a bunch of situations and questioned it. It shows they're still humans at the end of the day. Examples:
When Abraham (PBUH) saw a dream where he had to sacrifice his son, and questioned if that was indeed what he was supposed to do. He went to his son and told him about the dream as he wasn't sure it was the right thing to do, and his son told him "Do what you've been ordered to do". Then when he was about to do it, Allah (SWT) stopped him and rewarded him for ultimately deciding to follow through with it.
When Jesus (PBUH) & his disciples requested a feast from Allah (SWT) to reassure them.
When Moses (PBUH) asked Allah (SWT) to reveal Himself to Moses, and Allah (SWT) asks him why would he want that, Moses (PBUH) replied "So that it may calm/ease my heart".
Please take this as a reminder that no human is infallible. We all have doubts and hesitancy, which is why it's a great thing to see people like KDBooks do what they do that renews our eemaan.

@@oldsoulbiz3526 Prophet Ibrahim was not unsure of what to do. He told him because he wanted to help his son be more patient this is the opinion of Sheikh Salih al Fawazan. I think and this is my opinion to invite him into the obedience of Allah, and not to make it forcefully, it is like inviting someone to do a good deed. prophet Ibrahim would have had to do it either way. prophets' dreams are revelations. prophets cannot go against revelation. Of course, Allah knows best some of what I say might be wrong, but I did my research and then replied to you. Secondly, the prophet Jesus was not uncertain, he told his disciples to fear god as I recall, and read the Ayah well. Third, asking god for ayahs or signs for increasing iman is not equivalent to questioning the will of god. Fourth you are confusing the stories of prophets Moses and Ibrahim. Finally, I advise you and myself to do research before making any comments or any info about Islam because it is a dangerous ordeal. Please note that in the case of the prophet Ibrahim which is the first example you gave, I gave my own opinion on the reason why, which in turn implies it might not be true because I am not a scholar. everything I said I advise you to do research about. Islamqa is a good place to start.

@@oldsoulbiz3526 I will not take either sides, because I'm not a scholar to dive into this kind of arguing. We have to go back to Quran and the Quran says: "Ask the people of knowledge, if you do not know." 21:7. So brothers, please, before arguing like this we need to take a moment and read what our scholars have said about it. Remember What Allah said about talking about things we do not know about: (Say: the things that my Lord hath indeed forbidden are: shameful deeds, whether open or secret; sins and trespasses against truth or reason; assigning of partners to Allah, for which He hath given no authority; and saying things about Allah of which ye have no knowledge.) 7:33.
And (And do not follow what you have no knowledge of. The hearing, the sight, and the intellect-all these will be questioned.) 17:36.
But I will say that, NONE of your examples was about hesitant or questioning the will of god. Let's take them one by one.
Abraham PBUH didn't tell his son Ismael PBUH about his dream because he was hesitant, or because he questioned the will of god, the story in the Quran doesn't say that even, this is just your understanding! Ibn Katheer-a great scholar, I'm sure you know about him- says the following in his exegesis of the verse you're talking about:
"وإنما أعلم ابنه بذلك ليكون أهون عليه ، وليختبر صبره وجلده وعزمه من صغره على طاعة الله تعالى وطاعة أبيه"
its translation would be: "And he only told his son so it would be easier on him (easier on Ismael) and to test his patience on submission to Allah and his father".
This is also what Altabari says in his exegesis:
فإن قال قائل: أو كان إبراهيم يؤامر ابنه في المضي لأمر الله، والانتهاء إلى طاعته؟ قيل: لم يكن ذلك منه مشاوره لابنه في طاعة الله، ولكنه كان منه ليعلم ما عند ابنه من العزم هل هو من الصبر على أمر الله على مثل الذي هو عليه، فيسر بذلك أم لا وهو في الأحوال كلها ماض لأمر الله
Its translation would be: "And if someone said: was Abraham taking the order and the opinion of his son so he would do what Ismael says? the answer would be: that wasn't
of Abraham to take the opinion of his son, but he was to know what his son has of determination, and whether Ismael is as patient as his father, so Abraham gets happy because of that or not, and he was going to do it in both cases.
Issa PBUH also didn't ask Allah the table because of hesitancy or because he was questioning Allah, the one who asked it was his disciples: (When the disciples said: 'O (Prophet) Jesus, son of Mary, can your Lord send down to us a table from heaven? ' He replied: 'Have fear of Allah, if you are believers.) Issa's reply on him shows a totally opposite of what you're trying to say about him, that he was hesitant or whatever.
Maybe you mean the next verse, which is: ('We wish to eat of it, ' they said, 'so that we can satisfy our hearts and know that what you said to us is true, and that we become witnesses to it. ') But this is not Issa's words, this is the disciples.
The story continues, and the Quran tells us the reasons of why Issa Asked Allah the table: ('Allah, our Lord, ' said (Prophet) Jesus, the son of Mary, 'send down upon us a table out of heaven, that shall be a festival for us the first and the last of us and a sign from You. And provide for us; You are the Best of providers. ') so Issa PBUH asked Allah the table so 1- it will be a festival. 2- a sign. And the sign isn't for Issa, but for his disciples so they can believe, this is what Altabari says his exegesis:|
"وأما قوله: " وآية منك " ، فإن معناه: وعلامةً وحجة منك يا رب، على عبادك في وحدانيتك, وفي صدقي على أنّي رسولٌ إليهم بما أرسلتني به"
Its translation would be: "And the meaning of his saying (A sign from you): a mark and a prove from you O Allah, on your servants of your oneness, and of the truth of me saying I'm a messenger to them of what you've sent me with" -this one's translation was hard but I hope I did convey the meaning at least-
And so says Ibn Katheer in his exegesis.

    • @Yazeeding
      @Yazeeding Месяц назад

@@oldsoulbiz3526 And Moses PBUH also didn't ask Allah to see him because he was hesitant, or because he was questioning the will of Allah, Astaghfir Allah. The Quran doesn't mention or even imply that! fear Allah my brother of what you're talking about the prophets of Allah.
Allah says: (And when Moses arrived at Our appointed time and his Lord spoke to him, he said, "My Lord, show me [Yourself] that I may look at You." [Allah] said, "You will not see Me, but look at the mountain; if it should remain in place, then you will see Me." But when his Lord appeared to the mountain, He rendered it level, and Moses fell unconscious. And when he awoke, he said, "Exalted are You! I have repented to You, and I am the first of the believers.")
Altabari narrates a number of narrations in his exegesis of this verse, all of them saying that he said that because of his longing to see Allah SWT. Not because of his hesitancy, not because he was questioning Allah!
And if you say: then why he did repent? or why did he say: (and I am the first of the believers)
The scholars says because of him asking to Allah in DUNYA, in this life.
And this is more likely than Moses says I'm the first of the believers in a context where he was hesitant or questioning. And the narrations that Altabari transferred in his exegesis of this verse is a LOT, you can check them yourself.
And Al-Qortoby says the same in his exegesis, that Moses wanted to see Allah because of his longing to his lord. Arguing that Moses didn't ask it as a sign, because Allah said: (You will not see me) and if it was a sign Allah would have giving him as Allah did give him a lot of signs.
The same thing does Al-Saadi says in his exegesis, that Moses wanted to see Allah because of his longing to Allah SWT.
The same thing goes Al-Baghaway says in his exegesis.

True, no human being is infallible, no human being is perfect. The prophets and messengers (peace be upon them all) were no exception. However, they never doubted Allah nor questioned His infinite wisdom.
When Ibrahim (peace be upon him) asked Ismael (peace be upon him), about the dream, it wasn't because Ibrahim (peace be upon him) wasn't sure. He knew what the dream meant and had to convey this message to a young Ismael (peace be upon him) who may have protested (naturally this would come to anyone) but he instead understood it as well and they both submitted.
Isa (peace be upon him) asked for the feast not because he had doubts, but because his disciples requested it after having fasted for 30 days and were told if they did so Allah would give them whatever they asked for.
Musa (peace be upon him) didn't ask to see Allah because he had doubts. He asked because he wanted to see Allah out of love and longing for Him.
Lut (peace be upon him) never questioned the command he received to leave his wife and the disbelievers. He listened and he obeyed. They were given sufficient time to repent, but they decided against it, including his wife who merely supported them.
It's a reminder that we submit only to Allah and while we can question certain things, it should never come from doubt nor be a question without an answer (one question just leads to more questions that in the end deviate a person from their faith).
The Bible depicts prophets and messengers doubting and even committing sins out of "necessity" while the Qur'an shows any sin committed was out of ignorance and they immediately repented. This's their character, and it's been preserved for us next generation of Muslims to follow.
      That and Allah knows best.

Jannat or Janna (without the feminine -t when its own without desinential inflection or İᶜraab)!
