    Let's say sqyd cost in pragati nagar is 1L(it would be less than this for sure) + 25L construction cost. Pragati nagar has no metro or direct highway connectivity. Let's afmdd another 5 L anyway. Max 60L would be the value.

      @@vasaviresaleflats agree. But a flat in an apartment is a diminishing asset in terms of construction. After 10 to 15 years UDS is the only selling factor that would attract a prospective buyer.

      Also the price would be justified if it's somewhere in the stretch of Metro. Traveling to and from pragathi nagar on a daily basis is its own hell.
      Also why is there GST on an already completed property. Occupancy certificate would have already been issued right?
