I did my website field of dreams style. Nothing but SEO so it was just picked up by the serps. It makes several sales a month. It's not making the thousands you describe here, but it brings in hundreds of dollars a month with no effort at all beyond SEO. I'm going to try some of these things you suggest to see how much more it improves.
