Regarding who you should get, I think that's up to your goals, in my case, one of my objectives is to get all limited operators. So in your shoes, I would've gone for a limited operator that I did not have. If you prefer a Wis'adel pot that's all fine, up to personal preference. Funny video as always!

Rosmo can hit drones 6 months later with some help from new archetype for just a brief moment
8 SSR in 300 is pretty good! Especially when you're pulling a new off-banner limited too. There are still free daily pulls, i wish a roach or two will come home to you lol.
NTR is a good option, since you can add her to squad with S2 and basically add +1 deploy limit, she's useful sometimes, unlike W's pot for some attack. If not her, then maybe a pot for Texas or get a Spalter, anything you prefer
