One more fun bit of trivia you guys not be aware of. Keegan-Michael Key IRL loves musicals as much as Cecily Strong does but his character in S of course *hates* musicals. So...most of the retakes were because he kept tapping his feet or swaying to the songs which he wasn't supposed to do because of his character. Haha. Also, it goes without saying he can sing a lot better than his one song, but they wanted him to be vulnerable and wavering for the scenario--a good call. I found that pretty cool :)
Regarding Josh finally singing- I thought it was absolutely brilliant how they started him a cappella and slightly tentative not just because he, the character, isn't supposed to be a "great singer", but because it signals that the emotions coming from him aren't instigated by the magical quality of the town, in which musical numbers begin with the unseen orchestra leading the singer into the song, they are coming from Josh's heart. It's such a subtle note (pun intended), but it really increases the payoff, IMO. My only (extremely petty) critique of the show as a whole is that they went to the "Misplaced characters commenting on being stuck in a musical" well a few too many times, but I feel that, again, this was done to set up Josh's eventual breakthrough (breakdown?) even stronger. It was an absolutely joyous experience, and I've really appreciated your Schmeakdowns. Looking forward to more of YOUR content, as well! Cheers.
I think they need to explore the history of Schmigadoon more. The actors did such a great job! In Tribulation, Mildred said her father said they would never find them there. Who are they and what was he hiding from? I think that could be explored more. Thankyou for doing these. You are fantastic!
I recently started working at a nonprofit that explores all aspects of Classic Musical Theater (musicals 25 years old or older, so every year we get a few “new” classics). We go all the way back to the turn of the 19th/20th Century. We take a look, sometimes adoring, and sometimes critical, at everything-the music, the racism, the composers, lyricists and choreography, the misogyny, the performers-with an eye to cultural and historical context. As you can imagine, Schmigadoon was exactly in our sweet spot. I so thoroughly enjoyed Schmigadoon, your enthusiastic analysis, and the 5 Thank Yous at the end. And let me add my own Thank You here. Bravo. Well done!

Four weeks too late, but my favorite subtle gag from this episode was Carson asking if there's snow and candy in New York, triggering flashbacks, but then failing to follow the rule of three and asking for a third thing, evoking the earlier rule of three joke from his sister/mother.
Cinco Paul's interview hint about "Schmicago" and the tonal shift in composition with "How We Change" (which echoes "Sunday" and "Seasons of Love") and then the title reprise ("Walk Him Up" and "Prepare Ye") indicates to me that Season 2 will find us still in a Schmigadoon reflecting how the town has been changed by Josh and Melissa, affording us Bernstein, Coleman, Herman, Kander & Ebb, Bock & Harnick, Styne, etc., with Sondheim, Schwartz, Webber, Finn, Larson, etc. starting to emerge as the narrative moves ahead. Which is utterly inspired. And am not sure that Josh and Melissa won't still be there, and/or now running the couples retreat to allow a new pair to be exploring their relationship issues. Superbly conceived and performed series, so many layers and unforeseen nuances, for instance, the purple lighting for Josh and Melissa reflecting the aborted dream ballet. Laughed through tears the whole time. And thank you all for these breakdowns and the comments they inspired -- a total treat. Bravi a tutti, mille grazie, bis.
I held it together through Josh's song, then Emma said "I didn't realize how much I wanted to hear you call me that" and I lost it. I'm all for the "anthology" format. I feel Josh and Melissa learned the lessons they needed to learn and now it's time for some new leads to get the hard Sondheim and Kander and Ebb truthiness.
I couldn’t help noticing how much more modern “How We Change” sounded, but I wasn’t getting Sondheim. I was getting “Seasons of Love”. I’m hoping we get an anthology series with all new characters and sending up an all new kind of musical.
Well, Sondheim was a major influence on Jonathan Larson and even acted as a bit of a mentor, so that totally makes sense. And I can't wait for season 2, which they better make! Thanks for watching!
Thematically, it resembled "For Good" from "Wicked" (the lyrics) IMO. Also, right before that, Melissa tells Mildred to let go, which is exactly what Glinda tells Elphaba just before "For Good".
Ok ok so I went back to watch your season 1 videos after I fell in love with your season 2 vids! I can’t believe you called the Dove/Aaron - Ann/Jaime pairings for season 2 an entire year ago!!!
Just discovered Shmigadoon by chance, binged it in one sitting and then discovered your videos, which helped me fill out the missing puzzle pieces about all the references! Your explanations made the satisfied feeling after watching the series even more wholesome! (I have inserted a musical easter egg in my message too ;D)
I was getting “Rent” in the change song. I loved the series! I don’t know how they can go forward with “Mil-Dread” was “changed”. I would love another “era” , with Kristen Chenowith as a new villain? There will always be “toilet people” ha! Josh’s honest voice made me cry… I was, also, happy it wasn’t polished. It made it more believable. Such a great show! Thank you for taking this on! Very brave. ❤️
Totally got the Sunday and Godspell vibes. Maybe a bit of Pippin in there as well? But also, Chenoweth/Layton sort of melting to the floor and almost disappearing beneath that huge skirt gave me very “I’m melting melting” Wizard of Oz vibes - Stranger(s) arrives taking down the wicked witch and freeing the people. But oh my did I love Schmigadoon!
Ariana was brilliant in this episode with her acting range. She looks very familiar--more than just her musical career--i think she was consistent finalist on So You Think You Can Dance back when I used to watch it.
Carson ran Into the Woods! Sitting in the tree, he reminded me of a distraught Jack just before the finale, with Josh standing in as the Baker, dispensing comfort and advice. Does Carson really never want to see Emma again? No, Carson! ‘Someone is on your side, no one is alone!’ (Different words, but that same father/son vibe). Was this another way to signal a transition to the Sondheim era? Speaking of Into the Woods, what I wouldn’t give to see a quest-type season of Schmigadoon. Being totally gobsmacked by Ariana DeBose, I’d also love seeing Emma and Carson ‘Ease on Down the Road’ to the Emerald City (uh, NYC).
I think it would work better for future seasons if this was in the anthology style. With the Schmigadoon citizens changing, a la "Pleasantville" (I called that), it would be appropriate to have the town advance by musical decades in future seasons. Can't wait for "Hair" and "Rent" renditions. Maybe some "Phantom" and "Les Miserables" for good measure??
I agree. They did the 40s and 50s. Next season should be 60s and 70s. the wiz, Chicago, grease, cabaret, hair, hello dolly, a chorus line, bye bye birdie... Better written women, more people of color, free love
Totally! I definitely think we'll be moving up in the musical canon. More 60s and 70s style. Then hopefully get into the British mega-musicals in season 3
I'm so glad I'm not the only one who thought the tone change with "This is How We Change" was maybe setting up a Season 2. Makes me more hopeful! I'd love a 60s/70s version of Schmigadoon. Also, loved the Corky St. Clair reference.
Thank you. I so enjoyed everyone of your episodes. I also cried like a baby. It started when he sang for the first time, then pretty much continued until the end.
Josh's flashbacks at the bridge triggered by different words is a call back to Gene Kelly/Tommy Albright being back in New York with his real world fiance in Brigadoon! Great series of videos. I'm rewatching season one now that Season Two has started!
Listened to this is how we change multiple times this morning. It was absolutely a nod to “I Sing the Body Electric” from Fame - where it starts as a ballad and grows into a more high energy song. :)
I'm clearly not stable because I'm crying over this recap and especially the move into the song at the end that sounds like Sunday. We're moving to another era!!
The first half of the finale was so ‘Sunday’ from ‘Sunday in the Park with George’ from the arpeggios that were playing underneath the dialogue leading up to the song, to the key, the harmonies, the tempo, and then what was playing as Josh and Melissa were saying goodbye then joining hands and taking the first step (especially the last cornet solo which was Sunday with an added note to cater for Schmigadoon). Makes sense when you think about it too as the full version of Sunday was the Act 1 finale (not the end of the show) and ‘This is how we change’ is the series 1 finale (not, hopefully, the end of the whole thing).
It may be too obvio0us to mention, but the first distant echo of Sondheim comes earlier when the newspaper announces that, still yet "There won't be trumpets." Maybe in some future episode we, along with the residents of Schmigadoon, will learn the answer to the question, "Who needs trumpets?"
Nobody has commented on one bit of schtick that had my friend and me crying from laughing so hard... When Carson falls down from the tree, 2 beats ahead of what's expected! 🤣🤣🤣
I would like if they did a season 2, a family on holiday. A college boy who dreams of being a actor, his teenage sister who has autism and love share of musical and parents who are getting a divorce as well as the dad has his girlfriend with them. The daughter finds the bridge and the siblings cross with the 3 adults following them .
@@broadwaybyghostlight yeah also I thought the parents would fall in love with each other again and the girlfriend would end up with one of the men in town
We definitely need a Schmigadoon support group for those of us who are now going through terrible Schmigadoon withdrawal. Mine has already set in with a vengeance. Friday nights will no longer hold a feeling of expectant excitement. I guess I’ll just weep, wail and gnash my teeth instead. Sigh. 😢 (Do you know how the show did in terms of viewership?). Thank you and please thank Drunk Broadway Joey for being our guardians, guides and stays during these last delightful weeks. I’m a Covid Longhauler (14.5 months) and having Schmigadoon and your marvelous commentaries and funny Easter eggs to look forward to every week has greatly brightened up what has been an otherwise challenging summer. Bless you.
Just going to have to make do with Ted Lasso on Fridays. Speaking of that show, just like Keegan-Michael Key toned down his singing for the finale, Heather Waddingham brought down her singing range for the (bonus) Christmas episode.
I'm so sorry to hear about your health issues! I'm so incredibly glad that we could help take your mind off things for a bit. According to Jaime Camil, the shows numbers were pretty good so I'm hoping we get s season 2 announcement soon!. And you can come join our Schmigaholics Anon! haha.
I loved it. It was absolute perfection. I will do anything for a season 2. ANYTHING! The score was so good with the foreshadowing (the use of "lover's spat" and "somewhere love is waiting for you" in particular), the songs, choreo, performances, book... everything was just brilliant. I sobbed like a baby through the whole episode. This is my favourite musical in a looooong time. I've watched it 6 times and don't know if I can stop. Please send help. 1. I can't believe you didn't pick out Ariana DuBose saying "Greatest city in the world" as a Hamilton reference. It would be a reach if it was anyone else saying it, but it's coming from the actual bullet! 2. How are the hippie couple involved here? Are they aware of Schmigadoon? Did they create it? Because the love trail did for Josh & Melissa exactly what they advertised that it would do. Rewatching that scene in episode one, everything they say comes true. They even foreshadow the "people die in musicals" conversation! I think they're witches.
Haha. There definitely needs to be a Schmigaholics Anon group somewhere. I really am curious too about the hippie couple and the whole lore behind Schmigadoon as well. I need a prequel series and a sequel series!
My top five obsessions from this episode (in no particular order) 1. THAT KEY CHANGE into the Schmigadoon! reprise in the Finale. 2. The line about getting pregnant by a seaman and then her reaction to it. 3. Mellisa and Josh ending on the same note in "You Make Me Want to Sing" 4. Mellisa's responses to everyone's confessions. 5. The fake Carson that was thrown from the tree. Bonus: 6. The exchange between Carson and Emma. OMG! Beautiful. 7. You're a bastard!
As usual, my personal highlights - aside from everyone else's favorites - were, of course, Everything Carson (love the fact that baby can't dance (LOL); his subtle kazoo playing in "How We Change"; his heartbreaking plea to Emma to kiss Josh so they won't break up); the line "Since Carson isn't here, I have to read the names out loud" 🤣🤣🤣; the other line "I got pregnant with a seaman, yes I heard that" which was perfectly juvenile I hollered 🤣🤣🤣🤣; and the perfect orchestral swell of music at the end of the Shmigadoon reprise before the end credits, so uplifting, full of possibilities, and simply gorgeous.
I am SO happy with the finale! I have not enjoyed a musical tv show this much since Pushing Daisies. Like everyone has said, we need a season 2! If so, I also agree that they would transition into 60’s/70’s era shows or beyond. I would like to see Josh and Melissa still in Schmigadoon, but with the same characters (new ones would be welcome though). Even if there isn’t a season 2, it would be wonderful to see Kristin Chenoweth win an Emmy (I needed that Corky St Clair reference LOL 😂). The whole cast is amazing, but Ariana DeBose is deserving of an Emmy too in my opinion. EDIT: I saw an interview with Kristin Chenoweth where she was asked if she thought she could live in Schmigadoon. Her response? “I didn’t know I wasn’t!” YES!! 😂
Did you know Jamil gave you a shout-out on his interview about the show? He said he came to your channel fir the references because he wasn’t as upset-to-speed. I’m happy he did!
Not sure that you mentioned it, but Ann Harada's That Man O' Mine reminded me, in spirit, of Something Wonderful from King and I. Or was that song in the previous episode! Anyway, thanks for these reviews--you're able to catch lots of little stuff in signs and newspapers, etc. I couldn't.
Yes to all of that. I will miss smiggadoon. I hope they stay in the town and become the town doctor team getting caught up in everyone else’s relationships trying to get them all out of the town.
So when the leprechaun was saying that they could only leave when they found true love … I guess they (especially Josh) had to realize what they had - together. I just wish the last episode was longer!
In the previous episode when Emma admitted Carson was her son, not her brother, I thought of the “my daughter and my sister” scene in Chinatown. So I was glad josh made that connection i this episode
Can you settle an argument my wife and I are having? Is the break in the middle of This is How We Change from Day by Day or is it from the break in the middle of the finale of Pippin? I realize it could be both, but I’m convinced it’s more one than the other. Thanks!
I was worried that with the episodes being so short the finale would feel a bit rushed. It did feel a little rushed to me, but I can't really complain. It was just too wonderful. I watched it with my older sister and ended up introducing her to Godspell so she knew what I was talking about when I described the final number as "So Schwartz!" I was thinking an anthology series would be really fun! Same cast, different characters and musical eras. I've been working my way through all your other videos and really appreciate all your knowledge and hard work. Looking forward to more! Side question, how do you find such specific cutaway clips??? They are always perfect.
Yes, I could have had at least 10 episodes! I hope we et word on season 2 soon! And thanks for your kind words! The clips take me soooo long! It's kind of how my brain works, things trigger lines from movies or tv shows, haha.
Schmigadoon season 2 where the town has moved into the 60s/70s Pippin-Godspell-Company-Fosse Early Schwartz, early Sondheim era yessssssssssssssssssssss
Josh being triggered to remember past times with Melissa is a reference to Tommy Albright in Brigadoon remembering his time in Brigadoon whenever somebody says a triggering phrase to him.
Has there been any mention about the significance of the 'Welcome to Schmigadoon" sign changing position from scene-to-scene? Even to the point of being on the left-side of the path sometimes and the right-side other times (and not a mirror-image when going across the bridge). Just a goof, or something more meaningful?
Okay, I was a big soggy mess at the end of this. A few comments: We still don’t know who the father of the “bastard” is. And did the sailor ever really get to say a word? While the finale is definitely a bow to Sondheim, there is also a bit of “Make Our Garden Grow” in there as well. When Melissa helps the villain up from her kneeling position, I saw a reference to Molly Brown and Gladys, when the latter is forced to kneel to her. And kind of besides the point, but what is the inserted clip of the gay fellow telling people off from? As to the ending and the future, I kind of expected the Leprechaun to rise out of a puff of smoke to provide a néw challenge to our heroes.
About Carson's father, I've since learned of the original origins of his father, but you'll have to wait for my upcoming bonus breakdown episode for that ;-) And you've spotted some good ones. Make Our Garden Grow for sure. The clip is from Waiting For Guffman! If you haven't seen it, you've got homework to do!!
I'd rather it be an anthology, with Schmigadoon acting like a lore for couples going through a rough patch fixing themselves Schmigadoon... It would be fun if a couple from the friend group of the main couple of the first season who had originally treated the story as a joke ended up there to their disbelief while they themselves are in the process of breaking up... Though it would also be fun if a family on the verge of breaking apart (and the parents on the verge of divorce) would end up in Schmigadoon too... God so much possibilities...
Absolutely loved Shmigadoon, and loved and appreciated all the content and Easter eggs in your reviews. The perfect companion to the series. Thank you so very much. 😍💕 Have you reviewed Galavant? I’d love to see your reviews on all episodes of this wonderful musical series, too. 😍💕
The ned song was so good but the tonal shift was abrupt. All I wanted was a 'welcome to the 60s' type transition into it and it would have been perfect on SO MANY LEVELS
Well, they set it up for a Season 2. (1) They see NYC, leave, then come back (2) They see NYC & decide to stay (3) They don’t see NYC Any of these scenarios is a good base for Season 2
You know, that was my first thought. But thinking about marriage counseling, I just thought Joanne made a better fit. Though I bet Cinco would say they weren't references at all, haha.
@@broadwaybyghostlight Considering Johanna and Antony were planning to run off to get married immediately after meeting, but got sidetracked by that whole murder and unlawful imprisonment thing, I’d be willing to bet they could use some counseling, couple’s or otherwise. 😆
I’d love a season 2! I am obsessed with the show. I feel that if Mel and Josh are still in Schmigadoon it kind of ruins all their character development. I would love a new cast entering the town every scene. But keep the same towns people! I want to learn more about them! I want Emma to find love! She was my favourite!
@@broadwaybyghostlight 100% by the end of the season Emma was my favourite character. I need more of her. I’m dying to see how Schmigadoon changes after meeting Mel and Josh. I’m thinking it will become more progressive (maybe they will hire a female doctor?).
Finished this yesterday. Just your average woke garbage. Though, I don't really know what I was expecting coming from Apple. Yeah, I'm not interested in seeing a season 2 of this crap.

I cried so much over this!! I want a season two so bad but I also want them to get a run on Broadway and a touring cast too 🥺🥺🥺
Also I thought Josh and Mel’s dance was reminiscent of La La Land too 💖
Also also I secretly wanted Mel and Josh to decide they didn’t want to go back to NY and decide to stay and live there in Schmigadoon forever 🥰
Me too!!!!
True! I think La La Land was emulating Singin' in the Rain too so that makes sense.
Haha, right! I would!! Thanks for watching!
That's a good point! I sincerely hope we get a second season.
Laughing so hard at Joey's #1 Thank you. "No theater kid is going to skip an overture."
Hahaha, right?! He nails it everytime.
Ah! Interesting! We shall see...
Nobody has commented on one bit of schtick that had my friend and me crying from laughing so hard... When Carson falls down from the tree, 2 beats ahead of what's expected! 🤣🤣🤣
Hahaha. It's such a funny moment!!!
Love it!! That would be amazing! I hope we get word about season 2 soon.
"ANYthing? ANYTHING! I'd do anything for (season) 2, dear, anything for twooooo!"
Haha. There definitely needs to be a Schmigaholics Anon group somewhere. I really am curious too about the hippie couple and the whole lore behind Schmigadoon as well. I need a prequel series and a sequel series!
Maybe they got there themselves in the past, and it helped their relationship?
My top five obsessions from this episode (in no particular order)
1. THAT KEY CHANGE into the Schmigadoon! reprise in the Finale.
2. The line about getting pregnant by a seaman and then her reaction to it.
3. Mellisa and Josh ending on the same note in "You Make Me Want to Sing"
4. Mellisa's responses to everyone's confessions.
5. The fake Carson that was thrown from the tree.
Bonus:
6. The exchange between Carson and Emma. OMG! Beautiful.
7. You're a bastard!
"You're a basthard" had me screaming! LOL
Hahaha, the fake Carson!! Yes, all that you listed are amazing!! Thanks for watching and reaching out!
Did you catch Emma's reference to "Hamilton" when she referred to New York as "The Greatest City In The World"?
oh em gee!
I'll include that in an upcoming bonus breakdown episode!
Coming from Ariana DeBose, an original cast member 🤣🤣🤣
100% for everything you said! It was all just so wonderful!
I sincerely hope this show is showered with Emmys! I think everyone is so deserving. And that KChen interview! hahahaha.
This did so much for us musical-curious. There has to be a section for the Webbers.
And Sondheim
I certainly hope so! There's so many directions they could go. Thanks for watching!
Did you know Jamil gave you a shout-out on his interview about the show? He said he came to your channel fir the references because he wasn’t as upset-to-speed. I’m happy he did!
Yes, Jaime is so great and a good friend to this channel. I just posted an interview with him, be sure to check that out!
I loved the finale, I'm definitely on board for a S02 !
It's so good! I hope we hear soon!
I couldn't.
Oh! And there is a background dancer, Warren Yang, whom I love! I wanna see more of him!
Yes! The whole ensemble was just perfect!
Actually, Josh and Emma danced beautifully together in Suddenly- Episode 4.
Yes, you are so right. Brain fart on my part, haha.
Yes to all of that. I will miss smiggadoon. I hope they stay in the town and become the town doctor team getting caught up in everyone else’s relationships trying to get them all out of the town.
That would be fun! I do hope we get more of what happens to the characters. Thanks for watching!
OMG I loved this show and you added to it explaining things I missed x
Thank you so much!! ❤
Slight correction: episode 6 was not the first time KMK dances. He danced with Emma during "Suddenly."
Yes, bonehead mistake on my part.
I absolutely LOVED the reprise at the end!
A definite highlight!
I can't wait for Schmicagoooo
So when the leprechaun was saying that they could only leave when they found true love … I guess they (especially Josh) had to realize what they had - together.
I just wish the last episode was longer!
Yup. I totally agree! I needed several more longer episodes!
In the previous episode when Emma admitted Carson was her son, not her brother, I thought of the “my daughter and my sister” scene in Chinatown. So I was glad josh made that connection i this episode
Haha. That's a great connection!
Can you settle an argument my wife and I are having? Is the break in the middle of This is How We Change from Day by Day or is it from the break in the middle of the finale of Pippin? I realize it could be both, but I’m convinced it’s more one than the other. Thanks!
Hahaha. Well, there's no right or wrong answer as it's not a complete recreation. BUT I'd say more Day By Day ;-)
I was worried that with the episodes being so short the finale would feel a bit rushed.
I need it and I need it now!!!! haha
I've so loved our journey to the past!
Me too! Here's to many more! ❤
I think it's just part of the bit where everything is a "prop" or "set". Or just a mistake, hahaha. It's possible
Okay, I was a big soggy mess at the end of this. A few comments:
We still don’t know who the father of the “bastard” is.
About Carson's father, I've since learned of the original origins of his father, but you'll have to wait for my upcoming bonus breakdown episode for that ;-)
And you've spotted some good ones.
Ooh! I love all those ideas!!! Let's hope we get word about season 2 soon! Thanks for watching!
Hoping for season 2.
Same!! Thanks for watching!
Schwarz Godspell vibe for that final song for me.
Totally! Thanks for watching!
Absolutely loved Shmigadoon, and loved and appreciated all the content and Easter eggs in your reviews. The perfect companion to the series. Thank you so very much. 😍💕
Have you reviewed Galavant? I’d love to see your reviews on all episodes of this wonderful musical series, too. 😍💕
Oh, Galavant is brilliant! Have you seen Crazy Ex-Girlfriend? It's fantastic.
Thank you so much!! I only saw a bit of Galavant back in the day. I'll have to go revisit it soon though!
Schmicago Apr 7, 2023!
AMEN
The ned song was so good but the tonal shift was abrupt. All I wanted was a 'welcome to the 60s' type transition into it and it would have been perfect on SO MANY LEVELS
That would have been fun!
The last song reminded me of hairspray
It reminded me of Godspell.
I thought The Wiz. Can you see a brand new day.
Interesting! I'll to listen again with that in mind!
Funny...the beginning of the final song was evoking some "Will I" vibes to me
Yeah, I can hear that! There's always so many layers to these songs, which is why they work so well. Thanks for watching!
As many others have said here, the ending song gave me more Rent vibes than anything else, also a bit Hairspray to me
It's so cool and interesting to me how many different vibes from the finale. All are valid.
Dove is dropping hints she's going to be in the Wicked movie. Grill her in your interview! (nicely) lol.
If I get the chance, I certainly will!!
Well, they set it up for a Season 2. (1) They see NYC, leave, then come back (2) They see NYC & decide to stay (3) They don’t see NYC Any of these scenarios is a good base for Season 2
So many great ways they could go with it! I hope we find out for sure soon!
I love Danny and Betsy aaaaa
Technically Josh danced in episode 4 with Emma.
That's true! How did I forget that?
Really not Joanna from Sweeny Todd??
You know, that was my first thought. But thinking about marriage counseling, I just thought Joanne made a better fit. Though I bet Cinco would say they weren't references at all, haha.
@@broadwaybyghostlight Considering Johanna and Antony were planning to run off to get married immediately after meeting, but got sidetracked by that whole murder and unlawful imprisonment thing, I’d be willing to bet they could use some counseling, couple’s or otherwise. 😆
Sorry I'm gen z but the last musical number reminds me sooo much of High School Musical final numbers
I'd totally follow Emma and Carson on their own journey!!
@@broadwaybyghostlight 100% by the end of the season Emma was my favourite character. I need more of her.
I’m dying to see how Schmigadoon changes after meeting Mel and Josh. I’m thinking it will become more progressive (maybe they will hire a female doctor?).
I agree, “Perfect”. More, more, more please.
Yes! Season 2 can't come soon enough, which it'd better!
Personally I don't want a second season. This show was perfect just the way it was
Interesting! I can see that. I don't think it will be a continuation, more of an anthology, but that's just my guess. We shall see!
Finished this yesterday.
Just your average woke garbage. Though, I don't really know what I was expecting coming from Apple. Yeah, I'm not interested in seeing a season 2 of this crap.
Thank you so much!!! That means the world! ❤
