  • Happy to present my first ever video! I've wanted to make them for years now and finally have the means to. The First Doctor era of Doctor Who is an easy place for me to start because I know it like the back of my hand and it's uncomplicated to edit - I'll definitely be attempting more intensive edits in the future, but I'm very happy to start here with something I love so much. I've wished a video to this song existed for a long time and it's exciting to actually get to see it now that I've done it! Hope you enjoy :)

Good grief that is well done! The first doctor & companions will always be underrated. Wish like crazy they hadn't lost many of there episodes. Again super job....

Thank you! They really are terribly underrated. I feel like a lot of people don’t seem to realize what wonderful stuff this era and its characters have to give. And I know, I’ll never get over how much is lost! It can also make editing difficult if there’s a scene I WOULD use for something but can’t because the footage doesn’t exist. Living in hope that we’ll eventually get at least a little bit more as time goes on.

This is so good!! An emotional tribute to my favorite era that captures a side of it that a lot of people either don’t know or forget about.

Thank you! It’s my favorite as well and I feel like when it’s not being ignored outright it’s often misunderstood or not seen for all that it is, it’s really a shame.

Hey, this is a late response, but finally getting around to watching this! This was fantastically done! I haven't watched all of One's era, but I remember some things about it and this just made me so nostalgic! This was a great tribute to this particular era. You matched up the lyrics and scenes so well!

This is terrific! And your first, too. Great choice of clips and music, and nice to see the gang all having fun, and sharing affection. Really enjoyed this.

Watching this video for the 100th time I noticed something. It's a shame that we didn't get to see Katrina as a companion. She only does one storyline & gets killed off. That storyline I believe is missing episodes so most haven't seen it. She's not only attractive but has great (cat eyes) when she looks at someone. I think she would have made a great early companion & foil for the 1st doctor. We will never know & just a thought...

Yes, it would have been interesting to see more of her. I’d like to see how someone from that time learns to understand and accept the reality of time travel and realize they’re not just dead. It’s a shame they decided to kill her because they quickly realized they weren’t sure how to write for her. And yeah, because The Daleks’ Master Plan is largely missing she only gets the one episode that still exists in the archive and so many people skip over anything that has missing parts, it’s sad.
