Introducing our latest IC170B Bullet Ice Cube Making Machine.
These machines make up to 170 Kg of premium bullet shaped ice cubes at summer ambient conditions of up to 35°C. Production capacities at other ambient conditions are given below.
280 Kg @ 10°C AT & 10°C WT
248 Kg @ 15°C AT & 21°C WT
160 to 170 Kg @ 35°C AT & 32°C WT
AT = Ambient Air Temperature
WT = Inlet Water Temperature
So What’s New in the latest version of Supercold’s 1C170B Bullet Ice Cube Making Machines?
1) Actuator based tray tilting mechanism which is far more reliable than conventional tray motor & gear box arrangement. This system comes with a standard 5 Years Warranty for all models of Bullet ice machines.
2) 5 Years Standard Warranty on the Ice Making Evaporator.
3) Optional 2 Year Warranty on full equipment for IC170B, IC240B, IC300B and IC330B model of Bullet Ice Cube Making Machines. 1 Year warranty on full equipment for IC50B, IC90B, IC120B models.
4) No Water level float switches or magnetic reed switches which require frequent replacement. Only contact based water sensing which is 100% reliable and long lasting.
5) Temperature based defrost termination system saves defrost time and ensures minimal defrost time and maximum ice formation time, so you get more ice cubes in the same 24 hours.
6) Slow defrost system that ensures the ice cubes are crack free, by regulating the flow of hot refrigerant into the evaporator at the time of defrost, based on heat load demanded.
7) Externally visible Process Timer with user adjustable setpoints in case you need thicker or thinner ice cubes any time of the year.
8) Unique dual solenoid defrost system to ensure all the ice cubes fall into the ice storage bin during defrost, even during winter conditions of 0°C ambient temperature.
9) No Belt Drives or Pulleys or Gear Systems or Messy Water Splashing Systems or Water Agitating Paddles which require frequent replacement and results in asymmetric and shapeless bullet ice cubes.
10) Very convenient and ergonomically designed storage bins to ensure ease of ice scooping without stooping in too deep or kneeling on the floor to take ice cubes from the bin.
11) Easily repairable systems with easy access to all parts to ensure minimal machine downtime. Reparability is one of the greatest features of Supercold Ice Cube Making Machines, which ensures maximum productivity and useful service life.

How does the refrigerant flow into all the seperate pins?
1. Is the refrigerant pumped into the big pipe and the pins are just connected with the pipe en coolant flow into the pins?
2. Or are there seperate pipes in the big pipe, the seperate pipes are small and goes through all the pins?
3. Or is it something else?
I'm so facsinated by this machine. I have one myself and always wondered how the refrigerant goed through all these pins. I'm looking forward for your reaction :)
