Cooking Hobakjeon (Zucchini Pancake), Yukjeon (Beef Pancake), Dongtaejeon (Pollock Pancake)
    [Ingredient Preparation]
    1. Slice the zucchini into 5mm thick rounds and sprinkle both sides with salt.
    2. Pat the beef dry with a paper towel, spread it on a tray, lightly coat it with minced garlic, and season with salt and pepper.
    3. Defrost the pollock fillet, press out excess water, and season with salt and pepper.
    4. Finely chop 2 red chili peppers and green onions to use as garnish for the pollock pancakes.
※ Let the ingredients sit for about 20 minutes to fully absorb the seasoning!
    [Pancakes]
    1. Coat the zucchini, pollock, and beef with pancake mix and set aside.
    2. In a bowl, crack 5 eggs and mix in 2 tablespoons of rice wine and 1 teaspoon of salt.
    3. Heat a generous amount of oil in a pan over low heat. Start with the zucchini, dip it in the egg mixture, and cook in the pan.
    4. Flip the zucchini to cook both sides until golden brown, then set aside on a plate.
    5. Dip the beef in the egg mixture, place it in the pan, and flip when the blood rises to the surface. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
※ After cooling, cut the beef into bite-sized pieces.
    6. For the fish pancakes, dip the pollock in the egg mixture, place in the pan, and top with chopped red chili and green onion. Cook until done.
    7. Arrange the three types of pancakes beautifully on a plate and serve!
