Dear claims
I have been without my car for 56 days, 26 minutes, and 32 seconds due to an incident created by a very negligent and self confessed drunk driver that struck my parked car with great force. The repair that was scheduled to take 10 days, but here we are.. with no end in sight. I have made repeated attempts at resolving the situation. I have been met with resistance the whole way, specifically by my adjuster; Mr Discala. If my car is unable to be repaired, which appears to be the case. I need it moved to a shop capable of doing the repairs. Preferably, I would request that a competent adjuster is assigned to my case to reevaluate the vehicle. I have been at a severe disadvantage with my work during this period. I have not been given access to a rental (which IS included in my coverage). I have been unable to fulfill my duties as a software engineer to critical operations in my area. The frustration is inexcusable, and led me to these repeated attempts to make contact with someone who can truly serve me the coverage you're obligated to provide.
