    So a marriage can be voidable if there's "False representations regrading prior sexual activity." With how promiscuous people these days this would apply to most new marriages now, right?

    you forgot to mention something very important. a marriage contract is a marriage between the parties and the state. even if you get a divorce, your contract with the state continues perpetually. the act of marriage is patented. how can i annul my contract with the state?
