    We are regularly doing programs for stuff nurse programs for improving their standards and empowerment behavioural management, infection control, bio medical management, softs skill development.

    Mam like c m c vellor hospitals gave good training whatever u giving present we learnd and applay on patients but after coming to govt services we r like dummis because no one will have knowledge abought nursing management so we cant empower the nursing care its very poor techinique in govt nurses because they dont have proper traing in their institutions

      Then do one thing come out of that government set up and join in cmc , problem solved , then you can apply all what you have studied on the patient

    informed all facts. how nurses are at now in pathetic state with no empowerment .
