Hmm why buy sp500 at 30 PE. Later chibabom crash 30%-40%. I think the US economy is understated as many retrenchment happening right now. Should have buy reits during high interest rate. Now SP500 so high, high PE, better invest smth like HSI if wants broadbased index.
Speaking of S&P 500 investment, could you do a video breakdown on the most cost effective way to buy S&P 500? Currently I think the most cost effective one is buying SPYL (It's ireland domiciled accumulating etf with 0.03% expense ratio) from Interactive brokers but the fees are a little confusing (Something with regards to fees charging based on number of shares bought per trade, and since spyl is too cheap, you would've bought alot more hence incurring more fees) and there isnt much videos with regards to it vs the CSPX as SPYL is really new.
obviously you dont wait until interest rate drop then put into safe assets. anyone with average IQ would have maxed out SSB when rates where high. dont forget SSB is for 10 years one
When one reached 40 or 45, it’s really not meaningful to talk about passive income if the amount is below S$5000 (household) or S$3000 (single) per month. And that’s assuming you have zero debt…

You were also staying out of the market by buying government bills when interest rates were high. You should have seen this coming
