How do y'all know if it was sampled or not when you don't even see the composition breakdown bc even if only the pitch and sequences are different it couldn't be considered as sampling. We all can say it sounds the same but if he's gonna take a legal action he needs to look closely to those little details or else the whole argument is invalid.

How do y'all know if it was sampled or not when you don't even see the composition breakdown bc even if only the pitch and sequences are different it couldn't be considered as sampling. The tempos are different. Using a metronome, the Cupid shuffle song is at 132. Left & Right is at 142. It’s a BIG difference. The keys are also different. They aren’t the same. The beat from 0:16 and throughout this song, sounds the a little like Seventeen’s beat in Left & Right BUT!!!!!! Can you hear the *PAAM* at the end of each beats? That was the only part that (in my opinion) is similar. It sounds like a clap

I’m a dancer, my dance teacher would always count our steps that’s why I was able to determine the count of the beats. I tried singing left and right in Cupid shuffle’s beat and the verse got slower.
Plagiarism is when you copy the exact work of someone else’s and claim it as your own. I think pledis is ignoring him not because his opinion doesn’t matter but because woozi is an artists under pledis and he worked hard on that song to be called someone else’s song. You can tell the differences of each songs! If pledis acknowledges Cupid shuffle’s accusation and give him credit, it will discredit the composers and producers of Left and right (woozi, vernon).
