it looks like the cards that Transcend go back to your hand flipped. and on the back side is 3 chi.
Rhea brings up 0 for 5 blocking cards and doesn’t even mention Steel Street Enforcement smh

What are your thoughts on phantasmal symbiosis?
I think its hard to find a spot for it because its not a light card for the vestige match and also isn't a herald so it doesn't trigger prism's ability so I think I'd just rather have another yellow herald over it in my decks. -Alex
