On the main part of the app go to the bottom and click on "my devices" then click the 3 dots at the top right corner, then click "additional settings" and click on the bottom line "control port(B)" and make sure "circulation fan is check marked. If it is already I would switch the fan to the other port. Try it and let me know if it works.

Mine wont come on by itself it turns on when my exhaust fan is on i got it plugged in b port like they say
