The space music keeps playing and bringing us not only groove and hips shaking through space but also a certain hope that the future can be more than global warming, war, and apocalypse. It's funky, it's disco, it's cosmic groove, from a time when the future had flying skateboards and we all wanted to get there as fast as possible.

Google sound search will help a lot. I know that's not what you're really saying, but if you would personally like to know what and who the track title and artist are... Google sound search.

I can't stand the music they play at where I work either--especially since the same songs are played every day and sometimes the same songs are played several times within an hour.
I always have my phone in my front pocket(Airpods/earbuds aren't allowed) playing music at a low volume and I have it upside down so can turn it down quickly if somebody gets too close to me lol.
I literally got all my chores done listening to this mix.

I allways find a problem when hear a mix video with the promise ¨funky groove¨ or similar, it´s just house music cause the kick is constantly in quarter notes, like a loud metronome. The ¨groove¨ in funk music or any other grooving genre is (in part) the variation in the kicks patterns. A perpetually kick in quarter notes with funk or disco samples is just House music and nothing more. great mix by the way
I think you are wrong. The funk is in the offbeat riffs, the hat groove and the bass.... Always the bass! Bytheway the kick is in every beat. The quarter notes are 1/4 the beat. Sorry for the quote, pal.
Bass makes the groove with drums and the rest of the rhythm section.

Year 2024-I’m imagining going to a theme Halloween Party. Theme is “Space “, leaves it your imagination. There there are laser lights and a mirror ball. Place cool from dry ice. Everyone’s dressed it kinda looks like a Trek, Star Wars scene. Wharf is at the horse shoe bar. Behind that bar is the usual but no television or monitors just mirrors booze and this visual 20 foot diameter vinyl record turning ever slowly. Another circular bar has a full circle aquarium of native fish, above your head just inside so you can see them without strain. Even the fish look alien. 👽 Place is rocking to deriddims Playing Cosmic Grooves. Batabing🎉
