id recommend going guardian’s dirk over any other starting item on kayle, its obviously worse in early game, but as it buffs the healing plants power it lets you ult every time you get to hit a plant thrice.
in late game fights it lets you block enemy initiations or engage yourself while ulted and easily gain back your ult.
I have to disagree. If you get a good first augment and you don't have the attackspeed from the hammer it is WASTED.

Because Sion is not Camille. Camille doesn't get rewarded for dying, doesn't have a free lane with the best waveclear in the game, she's useless unless she's fed and Sion remains useful even when feeding his ass off, Camille can't abuse braindead tank itemization or free stats, and Camille is actually hard to play.
The situations are not even comparable.
