This beautiful melody is the song of teachers Ariel Ramirez ( music) and Felix Luna ( letter). It evokes the end of the poetess Alfonsina Storni , so in my country many girls are called Alfonsina . The singing school in Necochea, Argentina . Since that time I always listen . I recommend the interpretation of Mrs. Ginamaria Hidalgo. Thanks for uploading , I enjoyed the video.
Alfonsina Storni was a well-known Argentine poet who was born in 1892. In 1938, haunted by solitude and breast cancer, she sent her last poem, "Voy a Dormir" (I'm Going To Sleep), to "La Nacion" newspaper. A few days later, Alfonsina went to the beach at Mar del Plata, and -- as legend has it -- she slowly walked out to sea until she drowned.
Thank you, William. I have put this information just in brief, as I considered it quite quite well-known :) . But I guess it is really nice - your explanation finally :))

Gracias por tu comentario, Guillermo.
Es una canción bella, y la versión en estilo rock está de vicio, en serio, merece la pena
