No surprise for Adam Peatty, because he was and is still the Lion of breaststroke. It was Duncan Scott who surprised us. 46.14 split is incredible for sprinters in textile suit, it became the fastest split in textile suit since then.
Greenbank has been improving, can go low 53s unrested in the individual now so potential to do a 52 in the relay. If Peaty goes 56-low57, Guy goes low50 and Duncan Scott pulls out a split like that the race is really on.
@@Ash-ii3nm At Olympic next month, USA will get better in 2nd leg and the anchor : Michael Andrew has individual time of 58.14 in US trial which is far better than Andrew Wilson at this race, while Zach Apple, with his current time of 47.72, could do better than Nathan Adrian. Let us see.
Idc if anyone happy that Americans lost and etc. all I see is the great teams for Tokyo games) it's gonna a tight finish since there are so hard races on each of relay legs. I swear it's gonna be a really tight race between Americans Russians and Britains not only for gold, but also for the WR cuz Nathan Adrian had recovered already, Britains will improve backstroke leg and Minakov could improve his underwaters cuz of growing up so it's gonna be 4*100 medley like a 4*100 free in Beijing )
@@XDF745 give the guy a break yeah it was good to see another team win completely agree GB had a great relay and they definitely deserve to win but don’t throw crap at Adrian the guy literally had testicular cancer before this so it’s not like he was anywhere near the fitness level he would of liked to be at and he still swam great full respect to the guy for coming back and being able to complete at this high of a level that takes strength and determination
@@tysonscicluna3595 yes full respect to Adrian I still believe he will get onto the team But I too believe it will be either Ryan held or Zach apple to anchor the team
Duncan Scott was simply superb...Adam Peaty as usual outstanding
Breaststroker and Freestyler won that medley for GB!
It do be Afam Peaty tho, the legend himself
Adam p and Duncan Scott

@@lexsoft3969 You're absolutely right!
So the team then eh?
Dressel swims under the water incrediblly
the "dislikes" are from the US relay
Hhh
well Britain sure got fked in the Olypmics
If GB had a better backstroker they would smash the WR!!

The Dunks 🔥🔥 fenomenalne 46.1
Absolutely brilliant team GB 🇬🇧❤️
i love how every country was happy GBR won
Except the Americans of course.
Imagine if GB had a good back player and a good butterfly player, goodbye USA World Record
GB do have a good butterfly swimmer. James Guy is no slouch . Agree on the backstroke though
@@darrenshaw767 It's not bad, but it could be a lot better
Greenback broke the British record last month, he’s flying this year.
@@questioneverything3060 uff, niceee

Wow Duncan Scott turned the tide.
i cant believe scott go 100fr in 46.2!!!!
46.14 to be precise
Scott split is the fastest in textile era. Jason Lezak did 46.09 with non-textile suit.

USA anchor should be Zach Apple who finished 2nd in US trial with 47.72. They also get better in breaststroke as Michael Andrew has 58.14.
If team GB had Liam tancock it would be game over.
Brilhante a arrancada do time britânico.

Russian kolesnikov in back
British peaty in breast
American Dressel in fly
Australian Chalmers in free
