Here is a question for you John… as soon as contact is made with a subject, as in this video, the body worn cameras automatically become evidence. So by the officers turning them off, muting them or the department altering them in anyway would be considered tampering with evidence?

Over the years, I ran across several intelligent, experienced individuals, in the know, that were very confident and certain that it was, in fact, true. They have a maximum IQ allowance level. Apparently, folks who exceed a caliber of intelligence and critical thinking, are more prone to reconsider, long-term, big picture issues, question authority, divert from the training, etc. It would seem to me, that it would vary upon department, but it's apparently widely agreed upon to be universally utilized. As you can tell by my wording, i am not a cop, nor do I know if the above is true at all, personally, but I bet someone does.

Oh, okay. The assault charge was made up in order to cover the bigger crime they committed. This one should be easy once a lawyer gets ahold of the case.

a lawyer should just take this case free just to prove the point.

That's in the hotel should have told them she was alone they knew who was registered in the room. She should get no less that 50 million. Again everyone of them cops should lose there jobs. Brainless cult lemming practices one does it they all do it. @@Inmyopinion987

Years passed, we believed cops told the truth because we thought they had to. Cameras now tell a different story. I wonder how many people sit in jail because of lies. Shame on them.

Make you wonder about all those "bad kids" that were arrested a lot and said they were innocent. DOESN'T IT ??

How many were killed because of it? How many, we were attacked, he was reaching for something, he had something in his hand, I feared for my life was put on those police reports to justify shootings.

The fact that they do not immediately start searching for the correct room proves the lie that there was exigent circumstances in the first place.

Good point. Instead of realizing they made a mistake and continuing their search for the domestic call they focused on arresting this woman. That in itself should have led to firings. Terrible policing. I hope they pay out big only that won’t change STUPID.

@@quickturn66 they also never cleared that room correctly. If there was a child involved, they didn't know age or size of kid and never checked drawers, closet, complementary laundry bag..I'm just saying if you're going to clear a room then do it right
