What is CAN DBC and CAN network Introduction

This short introduction is explaining basic idea about CAN network and CAN DBC format. In this 10 minutes video we will have clear understanding of DBC file used for CAN data base.

Since Vector introduced the DBC format long before CanOpen was around.. it doesn't contain PDO/SDO specifics, yet CanOpen software, like CanOpen Magic and Vector Canalyzer Canopen, still asks for a DBC file!
Sometimes vendors of CanOpen devices, often supply EDS/DCF files.. but how do you go from EDS/DCF to DBC.. or if neither is supplied, =how do you create a CanOpen based DBC file based solely on the PDF documentation?
