thank you but I don't agree that I'm too young for wearing knee supports. I know a lot of players in my age that has inflammations in their knees. It's easy to get it when you trains a lot, more than 12 hours a week :)
YongHao Fok well, there are A LOT of ways to train your stamina. Personaly I like to train it at the same time as you practise explosivity. One excercise that you can do is this one: Step 1: Perform sidejumps over two empty tubes where you put shuttles in. Form the tubes as a T by placing one onto the other. Step 2: After you have performed an amount of jumps (you can decide which amount) you make a run of about 20 meters or more. Step 3: Jog back to the tubes. Step 4: Start all over again. Then do that quite many times and you will get fast, explosive and you will have a good stamina. Another thing that is good to do is interval training. In badminton you should perform short intervals because of the shortness of the rallies. Run 15 seconds and rest 15 and do that 60 times with a rest after 30. Hope you will get a better stamina and remember that you must do it more than one time to get a result. You must have the disciplin to train as often as you are able to, without getting injured :)
