Summer Night Routine for Work | My 5-9

  • Hey all,
    Welcome back to today's video! I wanted to take you along my updated summer night routine when I have work. I try to be in bed by 10pm and asleep by 11:30pm. I start off my evening by washing my hands. Then I immediately make myself dinner and relax for an hour. I feel super mentally exhausted after work and need time to relax. Finally, you watch me do my skincare routine. Stay to the end of this video, for an update on my toothpaste allergy. I hope you all enjoy this video!
