Ngl I genuinely just quit the game until after months of watching videos on how to play the thing, and all the good updates it got. I returned to the game and had a really good run where I got customs and Tommys but I got raided and lost all my stuff. I’ve tried to have a familiar start but never could I joined a clan but they betrayed me and used me just get to get extra loot until they didn’t need me. Rust isn’t a game it’s a journey and also basically a drug 😂. And I would also like to thank you for teaching me new things like, you don’t need a big ass base to keep all your loot secure at the start of the game. I think I spend to much time getting resources and not realising that I don’t need to make a 5 story base. All love bro you’re great ❤.

I just started playing on console and I was really confused on how to play solo. I really enjoyed the video and it helped me with my play through. Hope for all the best brother. Keep up the good work
@qwevoke8796 I think its definitely a fun game that takes a long time before you even learn all the ins and outs but that’s what makes you want to grind and play it even more!!
It’s just what I’ve seen posty build and I’ve tweaked it but I don’t think there’s a tutorial! It works for solos bc you can use your starter 1by2 and build it out!
As a new solo player to rust i am both infuriated and happy that this solo crap works. I get destroyed by absolutely everything, cant farm or do anything, hell, little brats (kids) are better than me at the game. No suprise tho, their entire existence is rust, pizza rolls and energy drinks.

Let me guess, 5000+ hours while playing with teams previously so you got practice and experience in all areas so now you're goated enough to play solo and still go deep?
I got 2000 lol and Ive been playing solo except for first month of the game coming out bc my 3 friends stopped playing but I’ve watched alot of rust on yt and I’ve played attention to how better player play in certain situations and it’s helped me alot playing solo all this time bc I know when not to shoot and what positioning I need to fight a team and win just practice makes perfect!
@@GetBetterGaming as a fresh new player with 50 hours and I started a week ago it all seems so inclined towards the experienced players. This game is simply not beginner friendly which is dumb as it's literally the Devs biggest marketing tool. Regardless of that, anything I do is punished. Just went to oil rig, got beamed the second I got close. How am I meant to know without dying here? Sorry I don't know every little trick and tip to exploit the system and get 2k scrap an hour and have a Thompson. Within the hour. I hate the clans the teams the swears,and the fact that I can't get anything done half the time. EVERYTHING is guarded and your every action is punished. 99% of players are aggressive sweats, nobody wants to team but you apparently need one to win. This is just my experience as a new solo, hate everything and wish the developers were in the same room so I can teach em about how unfair stuff can get.
We should play some time man you look like a very good player i have 1.4k hrs on rust but ive took a break for a month but if not i understand im also quite young if thats a problen too but keep up the good work nice vid ❤❤
50 hours or so over 5-6 days. My experience is just getting analised every 15-20 minutes without lube. Endless crossbow stalkers, hazmat guys gunning you down for your 1k wood abd stone tools, wolf or bear spawbing on you abd killing you, generally an unplayable experience.
@thinkingofaname6233 sorry you’ve had that experience remember if your just starting my suggestion is to go to community tab and find a solo only server that’s a 2 or 3x and just learn the game and get a feel of how it works and what’s the best play style!!

Will Always pains me how hard it is to solo when you got under 2to 3k hours :(
It is very challenging but I just hit 2k hours and I feel like some servers are just not it and I have to switch and then everything falls into place!
