The least Pixar should have done was make two play options for current Blu-Ray releases. One being the version with the original credits on current home media releases that most of you are used to, the other being the version with the outtakes and company play in the credits like it's always shown in theaters. If you guys know some of the Pixar guys, I think you should ask them to make a new Blu-Ray release of Monsters Inc. with the option to watch the credits with the outtakes and company play in the style of the 3-D version shown in theaters. So what do you say? Shall we persuade Pixar to make a new Blu-Ray release with the two credit options all widescreen and ask them to put the version with the outtakes and company play credits on Disney+? Also, when they sang "One without the other", who was that voice in the background in the later half of the video?
This was the only VHS I could actually watch all the way through to its ending point. "For the Birds" short, "Monster's Inc", the end credits with bloopers, the song, "Mike's New Car" short, a promo from Flick's Fun Fair or something.
I have the two disc collector's edition set of Monsters, Inc. on DVD and I always watch the film in fullscreen. And when I do, I always get this version of the ending credits.
Actually, let me rephrase that. The Blu-Ray 3D version still has the bloopers, but only as a separate bonus feature. It still isn't in the credits like it should be.
Fungus was voiced by Frank Oz, who also did Yoda in Star Wars, Bert, Cookie Monster, And Grover from Sesame Street, and Miss Piggy, Fozzie, Animal, And even Sam The Eagle from The Muppet Show.
This may be off topic, but I like the outtakes version of the Toy Story 2 credits better than the Woody’s Roundup/Wheezy You’ve Got a Friend in Me version.

Marvin Hargrove the door got shreaded lever stuck because they mistakenly mess up when they tried to get rid of the door like in the movie and the machine was moving that's why the door shreaded lever

There are 3 CDA's but then one CDA hits the window and slowly floats down After the are done shaving George and open the shower Roz is there instead wearing a pink sparkling jacket Mike hugs Boo but then says go ahead go "throw up" instead of saying "grow up" Ted is not Ted that you see when he clucks, instead it's a roar from Wallace Shawn and when the camera zooms larger, You see it's Rex from Toy Story When Sully and Mike are running, Sully is running but slides farther than breaks something, At the end Mike says "Can we get a little more wax on the floor please?" When Sully is talking to Mike at Harry Housons Sully says "Look-lay in the bag-bay." instead of saying "Ook-lay in the ag-bay" When Sully opens his closet and tells Boo it's empty it actually is not, It's Roz and then after Sully said "See?" Roz says "Guess who" As Fungus Randall's partner pulls the wallpaper for Randall to blind into, After fungus pulls a third one, Randall's entire body but his head blinds into a suit. As Needleman and Smitty were trying to shred the door, The door shreds so quick but then the door shredder moves faster like a vehicle with Needleman and Smitty riding on it, with the rest of monsters freaking out and hitting a bunch of things, 3 of Waxford's eyes climb on another monster, But then the door shredder comes toward the camera but Needleman's head knocks it to the ground by accident and it also knocked his hat off too. The camera faces them going even more and Needleman saying "You're making worse" then the screen canister rolls to the right. I have a Monsters Inc DVD from 2002. I play it on my XBOX 360 and it has these credits. That’s a win. (I’m from the UK.)
I’ve ow got a PS3 and a PS2 as well. Still love these credits.
Now got a PS4 Pro. These credits are still the best, and my favourite.
