Considering how this is near the end of the musical, having a large number of Hyde voices surrounding the smaller group ofJekyll voices as an ensemble interpretation as it dramatically conveys how much power Hyde already has over Jekyll
Also, having multiple people sing the song shows how truly fractured the personalities of both Jekyll and Hyde have become. Jekyll's body is no longer one human being and through this interpretation it srems to be implying that the personality of Jelyll has become so broken that it needa multiple voicea to convey the true emotions of Jekyll's split personalities fullu
Never envisioned that scene as an ensemble. It’s 2 voices competing for supremacy. But somehow it worked. The placement of the group was very well considered too, with the good voice surrounded on all sides by the evil. Nice touch.
This is absolutely amazing! Everything from the instruments to the voices to the movement just makes this so intoxicating to watch! I can’t even imagine the hard work and dedication it took to create the masterpiece! Amazing!
