Apparently I've accidentally highly trained this movement, but I don't need a focal point? Hard to explain why I can move my body, head, and my eyes don't have any movement. I can saccade, but when I do this true motion there are zero saccades, and my environment is "glued" yet moves at the same time and focus doesn't change. And I can see things in motion objectively. Like while driving I see everything around me with no focus in particular. I can see hundreds of cars independently moving, the trees swaying, the road coming up, all of it. It sometimes feel very vivid and extraordinary, but I just assume it's accidental practice.

Hi I have a question. I have read that closed loop smooth pursuit gain it's similar to maintenace gain. Is it true? What are the differences between them? I am really confused, I cant understand how to recognise when in a paper authors study closed loop/maintenace gain. An answer will be really appreciate. Thank you
