I've already had a notice letter from Transport for London, that my car will not comply with ULEZ standards when ULEZ expands to the GLA, and I only travel into Greater London within 10 miles of the M25. The only way I could've got this letter, is by being clocked by a ANPR camera and my registration being filtered via the DVLA, and this has been confirmed. So much for the DATA protection act. So in short a ANPR camera system, possibly purchased and installed prior to the consultation period, has been laying down the groundwork for the undemocratic implementation enforcement of restrictions being imposed on our rights to travel.
Absolutely spot-on & if this opposition is thrown out by the high court, despite all the evidence being presented to them, well…. Then we’ll really know how deeply the rot exists.
No they probably got your details from the d.v.l.a.not difficult to do.they know you have an old car registered to you with tax Incurance and m.o.t.so they asume you must drive it.they can get your average mileage from your m.o.t.records.but they probably don't know where you go.

Good idea but Khans cars are exempt (yes a 5.0 armoured Range Rover is exempt but my neighbours golf bluemotion isnt!) so that won’t work. You would need a non-compliant registration from a long gone vehicle. It would cost them a fortune in manual admin.

Note where they are and make number plates from other council vehicles and make the cameras pick them up. To see councils fighting each other would be funny!
I’ll never forget a couple of years ago Sadiq Khan was doing some photo op here in North London near Bounds Green station. A few of the residents gathered outside a cafe as they wanted to ask him some questions, they were polite not aggressive at all. He was holed up in a cafe for some reason. He eventually emerged as a car appeared and the coward that he is refused to even talk to the residents hurrying to escape them! There’s a video of this knocking around somewhere. Just goes to show what a thoroughly odious character he is.
Well done for exposing this tyrant. He and his minions at City Hall must be brought formally to justice for misconduct, misfeasance and malfeasance in public office, and banned from holding public office again - whether elected, non executive, executive or voluntary.
The outcome of this legal challenge could well set a precedent for other challenges relating to 15 minute cities such as in Oxford . There too cameras are being installed ,roads blocked without any meaningful consultation . The fight back begins .

I didn't and because of ULEZ I couldn't drive to St Thomas' hospital when my mother was dying in the early hours of the morning and had to wait to the next day as I had no other way of getting there. You would have to have an Impartial legal system for that,not one controlled by the elites
Can you imagine "we ordered all this concrete, gantries, paint, cables, soil, etc, etc..." because we might be expecting to build a proposed motorway.

Tie it to a shopping trolley, your dog, your pushbike, even your granny. You're right - screw with the system!!! (try and find out the number plate of any of Khans family vehicles and walk past Ulez cameras - especially the ones where you are 'Banned to drive through at certain times of the day'.
Good idea but Khans cars are exempt (yes a 5.0 armoured Range Rover is exempt but my neighbours golf bluemotion isnt!) so that won’t work. You would need a non-compliant registration from a long gone vehicle. It would cost them a fortune in manual admin.
@@chevchelios8582 There are now a LOT of roads with cameras where nobody is allowed to drive through between certain times (unless you have a residents permit). Note where they are and make number plates from other council vehicles and make the cameras pick them up. To see councils fighting each other would be funny!

I’ll never forget a couple of years ago Sadiq Khan was doing some photo op here in North London near Bounds Green station. A few of the residents gathered outside a cafe as they wanted to ask him some questions, they were polite not aggressive at all. He was holed up in a cafe for some reason. He eventually emerged as a car appeared and the coward that he is refused to even talk to the residents hurrying to escape them! There’s a video of this knocking around somewhere. Just goes to show what a thoroughly odious character he is.

The outcome of this legal challenge could well set a precedent for other challenges relating to 15 minute cities such as in Oxford . There too cameras are being installed ,roads blocked without any meaningful consultation . The fight back begins .

Who said it was ok to start this in the first place? I didn't and because of ULEZ I couldn't drive to St Thomas' hospital when my mother was dying in the early hours of the morning and had to wait to the next day as I had no other way of getting there. I loathe that vile, dictator who has shafted Londoners, mugged us, ignored the increasing crime on the streets and is ruining a wonderful City sorry HAS RUINED a wonderful city.
