I've asked that on a previous video, I've seen her in about 4 or 5 videos and she's yet to do more then pull the hook chain tight. Sad thing is, if it's not the tractor, then it's who ever is teaching her. Because either the tractor doesn't have the umph it needs, or she's not giving it everything to get going. I'm inclined to believe it's the Tractor just from what I'm seeing and hearing.
