    无论现在或将来的人在吉隆坡找房子一定很看重地点,因为大部份人都贪方便!像国外的大城市一样,地点取胜!但是稠密方面,就见仁见智了,吃的咸鱼抵得渴,没有两全其美。

      Hi 一般租客是不需要付管理费的。不过如果你的租金很便宜有可能屋主的条件是要租客还管理费但不常见

    With this density and price i would not even think of buying. I would rather buy one residence at 600++k low density and nearest to TRX.

      Depend on location also..mvertica location is good. Easy to walk around and eat..MRT to Pavillion and IKEA also near..

      Ya, I tried to get one for 480k. It's juz sales gimmicks to attract buyer. The facts is, all start from 510k nw & subsale market agent advertise low far to attract caller only. I tried as well.

    Won't density la...the land is big...if the unit all is 500sq feet maybe is dense la

      Yes correct for this area the most we could get is less unit but not low dense already. For MV land size is big and got the pricing advantage for the area so the density is relatively acceptable
