You know something Ronan that’s hard to say with older women. It’s one of two things they either want to settle down quickly or they don’t mind taking things easy however things go they go. so it just depends on the person can be quite demanding and you have others that they understand there up there in age and they can’t expect you to matrimonial with them and I’m not talking paperwork, so it really depends if you want to have her around or is she being demanding?

If it was going to be an issue down the line it would be best that you did not keep it going.
People will say age is not a number and to some degree, it may not be. However, with age comes death and how close you are getting to it. To be in a serious relationship you have to consider that regardless if you want to think about it or not.
As such if she is looming for more than what you are willing or able to give then you are taking years away from her finding that person that will.
So it depends on where she wants to take things to. If she is ok with having a friend-with-benefits type of relationship then that is cool as she and you both know where the relationship with go. If she is looking for something more in the relationship then you need not take that time from her.
I was dating a young lady from the Philippines she was 28 and I was 45. We started talking about getting serious and I brought up with truth about death and that I was going to die 20 years before she will. She did like to talk about those things until I sat her down and told her. Look this will happen and if we were to get serious and start a family it would be my responsibility to make sure that our kids and her were provided for beyond my death. She got really emotional and upset and told me that we shouldn't think about such things. That is when I noticed the age difference in the way of thought.
Why do say all this? Because your way of thought could be different than hers and that is the key. Age is not than a number when you both share the same way of thinking.
I get hits from women from the DR all the time online. However, I will stick to Colombia for now but I will say that the woman are very beautiful in the DR. Being Puerto Rican myself I tend to like a little color to my women too.

I knew she was an older lady as soon as you said her husband died of a heart attack. Me personally I would have told her my goal is to settle down get married and have children. She would have automatically felt disqualified since she's in her sixties . And then I would have told her we could just be good friends.
That's what I told her and the end.
I think for me I been through some incredible relationships and I certainly been through some terrible relationships for me taking my own inventory I truly would have wanted to be in that dilemma then in one where giving one advice on what I do! The answer was clear! You wasn't ready to settle down but that's ok cause we're not provided with a definite blueprint 😊i would too have loved to been the one to have to made an answer😁

You should have kept her. She was a keeper. Some women are keepers. And plus she was established. A lot women in undeveloped countries are not established. Age ain't nothing but a number! Peace out!
She was an established grown woman with her own. I prolly would've kept her for fun just like all the others. Another thing i would've done is, kept my distance from Santiago and stayed on the opposite end of where she was and told her i was back home in the states. Kinda sounds like you caught feelings for a real one, but the age difference was a problem which shouldn't have been.
RtW - If it was me, I would have stayed with that one. I had one that was 25 years my senior and was the best ever. And the only way I had found out was by peeking at her driver's license. Brushed it off and stayed with her for 7 years. 🙂
