I definitely must do a closet clear out too! I just don't have the energy to deal with all the emotions😉 But the result look amazing! I remember I clicked on your video back in the day for the first time when you said that those Louboutins are your go to pumps and they were comfy and forever stylish, lol. And now, I’m saddened to see you letting them go. 😔🤷🏼♀️ I still have mine even though I don’t reach too often for them but I have 3 kids who are always lurking in my closet for vintage pieces, lol. I’m in my mid 40’s and I can totally relate to being comfy and all. But certain items I just can’t let go. 😁❤️Great video.
It’s normal that your style changes over time. Just remember that fashion has a 20 year cycle, so maybe think about storing things because you might bite yourself in 20 years that you got rid of these things now. (I am 47, I bite myself sometimes) Also your daughter might want to inherit some cool vintage in 15-20 years ❤
thanks for the tip! i don't really have any attachments to materialistic items accept for sentimental pieces and have never really regretted getting rid of things in the past. I feel like it's part of our growth and evolution as individuals but of course, to each his own :)
i recently celebrated my birthday and bought some mid range brands and also got gifted many named brands , i often cleared out my closet. now it feels that i have lesser space for my handbags, shoes , dresses , traditionals and formals,i also need space for my books, like you i gave my story books to my cousins and younger sister to make space for new ones
