Thank you, Erin, wish I hadn't bought a new bread maker as I only use it for the mixing/kneading step. One of these would have been better (I have the "Bread Proof" feature on our oven).
Larry, again the machine was nice, but it started shaking like you said I was doing a French bread from Chef John, his French bread recipe on RUclips. I’m not too sure I think I’m going to return it. Just afraid it’s going to overheat and die but it was very hot so I turned it off.
Can u plz upload an updated review of the Aucma Stand Mixer? Can u plz try kneading bread and heavy cooking dough in it to test its power? Plz try makin double batches in the Aucma Thank u!

It looks to me like it will take kitchenaid. It’s supposed to be a universal attachment port. But like I said I don’t have any to try at the moment.
