Please don't look at it as that RBW only considers personality! :) Definitely, they will look at talent too! Maybe the deal breaker is the personality/attitude like they can be the best dancer/vocal/rapper but if you're problematic then NO
i mean, looking at their current artists, they definitely look at talent 😂 their artists skills are not merely good/passable, but legit very good, and now that vromance started getting attention from koreans, once they find out vromance is in same company as mamamoo, RBW will definitely labeled as company with very good vocalists

Also I always felt that with mamamoo how they are always so humble even if they are already successful and also their relationship with their staff is great coz you can see it in their bts. As their ceo always said always be humble.
I think rbw does look at talents as well (lets face it, all the artists that debuted from rbw are crazy talented) but they see if you have confidence and personality as well. That's what really makes you shine when you're on stage and differentiates you from other idols. I'm never one to stan a company even after being a kpop fan for over 10 years, but if rbw keeps up this great streak of debuting awesome artists, then i'll have to stan. And they didnt mentioned here, but I am 100% the other criteria that rbw looks for is being having a crackhead/chaotic trait as well 😂

Like....Dawon is just so much.😂💓 Like Fnc and Rbw artists are so different but Sf9 and Oneus are their company's rising boy groups of this gen. And they have respective brother groups that are bands. Onewe and Honeyst. And they both have senior female idol groups that are very very well known. Aoa and Mamamoo. I always pair these companies together for some reason. Middle-small companies with idols with distinctive personalities and vibe.
