@@bradyonkman4042 there are lots of good ways to break down a deer. Because I always have helpers trimming at our shop, I look for ways to make as many pieces for inexperienced people to trim without compromising the good parts. It’s also much faster with the band saw:)

Brilliant video! What do you usually do with the meat scrapes and the fat pieces? Are they used for feeding cattle?
