yoooo I´m super happy to hear that, I´ll try to think about more improvements to make, speaking is the main on the list, and actually i´m not the one editing the next vid so we´ll see how it goes, maybe it will be a big step up in quality

I’m thinking of starting up running after my exams finish. I’ve tried running before but I just end up staying at around the 3-5k range. Any tips on how to start running in general whilst still being consistent in the gym?

well, you should decide your priority, if gym is priority then I wouldn´t go running before, as it does have a little effect on your performance, look for at least a 2hr time window for your runs, that way you wont have pressure to be anywhere, and just pick a direction and don´t look at the distance at all for at least 40 minutes, feel free to walk here and there but not more than 3 minutes, just try to stay there for at least 40 minutes, by that point im confident you will hit at least 6km, if it feels good, do one or two more k´s, just have fun with it no pressure, when you have time and its nice outside, remind yourself that you are a human being and sunlight and fresh air would be nice for you, so just go out for one hour, and try to run or jog the majority of it, and as you get more comfortable, increase the time, take water with you, some nice podcast, and just cruise around, and the 10-15ks will start popping up, don´t worry running wont make you lose gains so I´d go at least 2-3 times a week with 4 times gym for the perfect balance, I´ll tell you a running secret, the more you run (5days a week) the more fun it gets, but go at your own pace the most important is to develop a positive relationship with the movement
