Ugh this makes me want to get it even more 😭 i have the Palm Springs Mini and am obsessed with the backpack styles because of the versatility.
The Palm Springs mini is perfect! I would have gotten it if they weren’t sold out but I am in love with the Clapton💕
It's not one of those bags you see all the time. Truth be told, this is the first RUclips video of this bag that I've watched. It's a really cute and versatile bag. And I think cream suits well with your everyday style. Thanks for this video 💕

I’m glad you got it! I’ve had issues with the call center and the website as well, because they’re so picky about the addresses matching up. If it wasn’t for the fact that I really wanted the bag, I would have given up because of the terrible customer service. They really gotta step it up in my opinion

This bag is beautiful! I ordered the mini palm springs but had to return it due to it being so small and bulky when turned into a cross bodyI feel that this one suits a cross body better and will definitely put this on my wish list now. Love the cream and the Damier Ebène combination. Xx

I had to return the Palm Springs! It's sooo small in person and I got this bag let me tell you it's soooooo beautiful!!!! And elegant you can dress it up or dress it down
Ah I am SO happy for you! The Clapton is my absolute favorite and so much prettier in person I think. The pictures on the LV website don't do it justice.
I had the same issue ordering from Gucci site with the shipping/billing address. I've had my eye on this same bag and am in the process of saving. Congrats on your new bag!

That’s such a tough decision but I’d definitely pick the Clapton! I haven’t seen the Palm Springs in person but I don’t have any regrets :) plus the Clapton isn’t a bag you see too often

I love the bag, I do like the pink with the elm damier though it’s a nice contrast. I’d wear it as a shoulder bag myself.
Your dog was cracking me up, I couldn’t tell if it was a Boston or a Frenchie as it never sat still lol! I have a Boston the two breeds are very similar in how they act! The zoomies are the best. This is my crazy dog at around 6 months old🤣
