I don't use teleport, i use disintegrate with fiery shoulders. Great to freeze not only with arcane wind, but freezing with disintegrate. I am having fun, although still have some problems with over reso tempests, and the barbarian with that capture skill. Only at 3200 res. I have great results in bg.
I really don't understand the point of this build. you get the instant freeze via arcane wind which still passes through alder's off hand. you use ephemeral face without storm losing a lot of dps and you would have the almost instant freeze always via alder. but why ? ( sorry for my eng )
1. New chest apply chill with Frostfield + Can freeze on crits. 2. Off-Hand Alder Crystal, freeze any enemy who is chill instantly. 3. Helm, Increase the tick rate of arcane wind and harmful gems by 60% and also gives 20% movement. 4. Set items increase the damage further. 5. 100% uptime for Slow-time and Frostfield. 6. Awaken slots reduce skill cooldown of Arcane wind by another 30%. Cap is 28% I believe so.
@@ApollyonGaming yes bro. the way it works is clear to me. you get instant freeze via point 1 and 2. ok. and deal damage via point 3 (arcane wind + helmet). but you didn't understand what I meant: with the classic wind build you would get damage at point 3 through arcane wind + meteor (storm) DOUBLE DAMAGE SKILL. but losing the instant freeze of points 1 and 2. while maintaining the almost instant freeze which guarantees arcane wind and alder's off hand. I say the second thing is better against strong people. you get freeze (but not always immediate) and a lot lot lot more damage. I'm doing it wrong ?
6 awakening also increases meteor damage in the classic build. in your proposal decreases the cooldown of arcane wind. Isn't it really better to have two damage skills?

the classic wind + storm build with the two new set pieces and you would do much more damage by always getting the freeze.
