Zach Johnson, the “Millennial Farmer” is a 5th-generation farmer who’s spent his life growing, working, and learning on his family’s farm. His wit and dry sense of humor appeal to children and adults alike. A product of the millennial generation, his appreciation of new technology blends with his old-fashioned work ethic, and he offers a unique ability to deliver his message in a way that resonates with lifelong farmers as well as those with no knowledge of agriculture. With growing consumer awareness about where their food comes from, Zach has identified the need for an independent voice from the front lines of agriculture. Zach actively promotes agriculture by sharing his day-to-day experiences in the agriculture world while providing farmer-to-farmer education to help facilitate a collaborative conversation between farmers and the public.

Going to be great having Jim back, sure have missed his smiling face and always upbeat attitude.
Same here!!!
Not to mention nothing has gotten stuck in awhile…..
@@ajspires8064tow ropes Will probably be glad to have work again lol 😅
Not many RUclipsrs actually seem as genuine when they thank their listeners for following but you can tell you actually appreciate us and it makes a channel that much better when you feel like your actually appreciated and a part of it! Love the channel keep it up!!
Thank you for the kind words!
@@MillennialFarmeror a great actor. 😉😀
This is why I have always followed Zach. He might have the occasional product placement (all movies do after all), but he's humble and appreciative...plus he makes jokes that suit my age and maturity level (see Billy Madison, tommy boy etc etc for his source material)
@@jarrettfullerton2580 Agreed! He has just enough adult humor to keep things funny! This was the first farming RUclips channel that I found, and by far remains my favorite.
Yes!!!!! Jims coming back hope he is doing well... Great seeing Becky .we miss seeing her. Such a lovely person.
Great to hear Jim's back. Awesome news
Great news Jim coming back!!!
So happy to hear Jim is doing well and ready to get back to work. Blessing Jim!!
This video only reaffirms the care, understanding and downright affection the Millennial Farmer has for others around him when he would not only wash but pressure wash, with soap, the entire windshield AND whoppers of the truck for Jim's memorable return to the farm. Truer kindness hath no other Millennial Farmer! What a guy! Jack L.
Good news on Jim! After being laid up for the last five weeks, myself, I can certainly anticipate his feelings on returning. Glad he's doing better.
Been watching since 2018 and I’m still standing
Thank you!!
Welcome back Jim! The new planting tractor is the 8630!
Always happy to see new vids from this professionally produced production
Alright Jim's coming back 😂 I can't wait for learning something and some real humor Between Zach & him.
Great that jim is coming back . Zack your whole cast of family members and hired hands should be very proud of your accomplishments with this u tube channel
Great to hear! Glad to see Jim again! Glad he's doing better!

Thank you man, I sincerely appreciate it!!
Ag1 supports mental health , you really needed that on this video 😂
Thank you and your family for everything you guys do. Plus I really enjoy your video's, especially when poor old Jim gets stuck.
Whoop whoop Jim is back. That's great, he's been missed. Love seeing Becky too, looking lovely.
Yes I'm happy to hear Jim is coming back
Thank you Becky for the great editing job.
Couldn't do it without her!
-Zach
Great news to hear Jim is in good health!
Keep smiling 👍👍🇬🇧🇺🇸
That smile on your face when you said Jim was coming back tomorrow says it all!
Here's a hint for your jack stand on the snow blower. Don't turn it upside down while in use. Raise it up till the base almost touches the frame, and drill another hole (if the isn't already one there)for you pin.
Then put the stand down before you lower the blower to disconnect.
Brilliant news about Jim,missed seeing him about!
That 8rt LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKSSSSSSSSSSSSS GOOD and I am glad that Jim is comeing back!
Quick attach hitches are great when the ground is at the same angle as when you installed the implements. A hydraulic top link helps.
Congrats on Jim coming back! Looking forward to seeing him at it again this spring!
Zack, put a lot of chain(thicker) lube on the thrower chain and WD40 on the PTO connection. You want lots of lube on the blower chain to preserve it through summer and a lot of thin lube on the PTO disconnect to thin out the dried grease and dirt in it. It should come off easier. Good luck.
Great video, love seeing the equipment and the solving of issues and looking forward to new additions and it is awesome to hear Jim is coming back!! looking forward to the OG Nate returning from vacation. Still would love a video of how Nate and Jim first formed a working relationship that brought Jim to the farm in the first place. God Bless
You gotta love when things come together
Yah!!! Jim is coming back. Will be great to see him on video.
Yay Jim's back!! Wasn't the same without him. The last one you had in frame was the one I picked.
Congrats Jim,think we have all been awaiting your return!
Greetings from the state of Maine. It’ll be awesome to have Jim back. Great videos as usual Zach catch you on the next one.
Glad to hear Jim is returning
And from now on i just cant wait until i see this new tracktor in action!
Time to re-organize those bins. Thanks for the video. Really enjoyed them.
great job cant wait to see jim
Great video Zach and Becky.
I’m not a farmer or in the US 🇺🇸, I’m in England but thoroughly enjoy your videos and
Very important to know what a huge amount of effort it takes to get food on our tables
Thank you! Will be good to see Jim back too.
Great to hear Jim’s back
Welcome back Jim!! We missed you!
Well Jim's back so that's a good thing
You can tell by the way that it is... It's NEATURE!
Sure glad to hear that Jim is coming back. Besides you've been shenaniganing too much lately so its good to have him back to look after you 🙂
I miss Catdog.
He/she's gone man. You have to accept that 😂
me too
I hear ya! Go talk to the neighbor.
The neighbor had better food.
The neighbors have more mice 🐭
Heck yeah, Jim's back. And new toys, you must have been a good boy.....
Will be great to see Jim again. He always puts a smile on my face. So glad to hear he is feeling better....They dont make them like that anymore.
Good to hear Jim's on the mend and coming back.
Great video Zac, good to hear Jim is doing good and is coming back to work
Good news on Jim!
Great to hear about Jim. I like that guy. He seems so Mello.
Haven't seen you kids lately. Hope all is well for them.
See ya on the next video.
They have all been kidnapped
I like listening to Joe too...Its part of my morning like the first cup of coffee. Very smart guy. Great supportive speakers too.
Good stuff. Driveway looking good after that level.
It will be nice to see Jim back and I think your new plan or tractor was the two track at the dealership
Every time I see those red trucks, I’m still amazed at how great the buffing work was. It almost looks like it was repainted.
The world needs more "Jims" ... all the best from Arkansas!!!
great news on jim b nice to see him again him n ur dad seem to work together well
looking forward to seeing Jim.
The shorts is definitely a typical Midwest thing. lol. My husband has also worn them more than usual this winter here in Iowa. 😂
That new planter tracker is the 8RT
You can adjust the pitch with the third link to prevent the blade from digging in. I would get an I beam and drag it around your parking lot. It’ll leave it like a billiard table. Cheers 🇨🇦
On the end of those augars or conveyors, there is normally a trip gate that you can reset. Sometimes you can't tell that they are trip gates.
Glad to hear the actor playing Jim is all recovered so the star of this channel will be back. Also cannot wait to see the 8650 show up with your new planter.
I live just north of Houston. It was related that Farm Rescue was in the FBN booth as well. Had we known you were there we might have paid the obscene amount of money to get in and meet you. My and I both are volunteers with Farm Rescue.
That’s a snazzy looking tractor! Can’t wait to see the new RT and planter running this spring! Maybe a new equipment tour soon?
If you weld feederhouse chain doublewide and drag it would be much faster smoothing out drive.
Yay, glad Jim is coming back.
Bob the dog from nielsville MN says hello 👋
It will sure be nice to have Jim back. Glad he's feeling better.
It’s going to be great to see Jim. Best news of the video!!
Have you ever tried adding clean rock to your driveway to help with the muddy conditions? Our gravel in Iowa is considerably different than what your working with.
Also squirt some WD40 on the inside female part of the PTO -- might make it easier to pull apart next time -- just a thought
I pull the PTO shaft in two and take the tractor section half inside out of the weather and they work year round. Just what I do. Your call...
One of the farmers showed us your planter at the show. Congrats!
Great news about Jim!
Excited to see the new equipment!
I'm so happy Jim's coming back!
Holy Buckets! The long awaited return of Jim! Can't wait!
your're gonna love planting with that 8650 john deere 4 wheel drive!!! LOL
Welcome back Jim . Would love to see a story on Jim he really is a great fella
Can’t believe with a new equipment storage building that you need to store that many implements outside.
A vast improvement for a Half Vast😊 8:32 effort.
Great news with Jim
You Probably won't read this, but never feel the need to justify your success. You can afford to have your trucks worked on by professionals. Allowing you to focus on your family and other parts of your business. Don't feel a need to justify not working on your equipment.!!!!!
As a farmer, it's just in my blood to want to do everything myself 😂
Most farmers have that exact attitude but not that many of them spend time making extremely good RUclips content.
There’s only 24 hours in a day no matter how hard one tries to find the 25th hour.
@@kristiangoransson6104 well put!
@@MillennialFarmer and that’s what we like about you. You’re still a farmer at heart. ❤️
Such a hard push to get to a Million subscribers keep pushing for 2,000,000 Subscribers
Will be good to see Jim again, I hope he continues to improve. man you have more tractors on a single farm than any 10 farms I have been on here in AUS. I would love to be your local JD dealer 😂
Only 6
That was a damn good video. It is nice to see you and Becky, but I am really excited to see Jim. Thanks for the wonderful video.
You have a real nice operation and great farm and race shops!
As you get older, you want to climb up and down stuff a lot less if you can help it, and those little window's in the grain trailer would be a handy thing. When your knees start going, and then are pretty much gone, ya think about all the stuff you did working that destroyed them, and then realize a new knee is on the docket lol. G-d bless.
No frost here, got oats in already and few guys seeded wheat around here too.
Heater blower motor could be a Speed resistor - for the lower speeds they have a wirewound resistance in the airflow to cool it off. If airflow is restricted, it burns out and goes open. 😢
Keep up the good work and you wil be OK.
We did not get much ice here in New York. The most ice we had was round 8 inches
"Because of the way that it is." Ha! Classic.
By tapping on the grain pump top channel, it tells me you are running it backwards. The grain goes up the bottom tube. We have one, and also ran it backwards. It was running under capacity and tripping breakers. I found a diagram online showing it running up the bottom, so I reversed the motor all the problems went away.
That john deere 8850 would make a cool planter tractor😉
I'll just say what you were thinking Jim's coming back tomorrow OH HELL YEAH !! Great to have him starting back . He is a big part of the farm and a great guy . Things are going to go your way Zack..
I think it’s time for an updated machinery tour
Great to have Jim back!! Take it easy young man!
That new rt is a sweet looking rig
