I just clicked through a few of her reviews, and wow, she has absolutely no people skills. Belittling your customers is absolutely NOT how you boost your reputation! It’s not difficult to respond calmly (or even kindly) to a customer’s complaint; it’s just part of good business/customer service. The customer’s satisfaction should be your number one priority. If I ever start a business, I guess I can use TheCrystalCoach as an example of what not to do.

I wouldn’t necessarily say that she was wrong, even though she didn’t really invent the concept of the scam slimes, it was her channel that made the subject popular. She was just asking for credit and she did it in a respectful way
I love this channel so much. I really recently got into slime and now I know almost all of the terms and what they mean and I love the aesthetics of the real slimes, and it gives good Intel on how to be careful about scams. Again, another really good video! I've been really enjoying them from all of the videos I've seen so far.
