after whenever it bottoms. last cycle bottomed at 0.19. But (TOTAL3-USDT)/BTC also seems to be in a wide downward parallel channel. So it could bottom lower. Alternatively we could get a soft landing and bottom higher.
I did not understand the concept. Would appreciate if someone could help me understand. If Alt bitcoin pairs break down, what does it mean to BTC price? Will BTC rally or come down?
If I hold both £1000 in Ethereum & £1000 in Bitcoin, but Bitcoin rallies 10% & Ethereum only goes up 5% - even though they’ve both rallied, I have more in Bitcoin now & the ETH/BTC pair would’ve gone down
A lot of people invest in alts so that they may go parabolic on their BTC charts, then they can convert those alts for way more BTC than they could before. This can happen as well when BTC goes down, where alts drop more and so they’re worth less BTC
Hey Ben, have you noticed the strong bullish divergence on the TOTAL3/BTC chart on the 1 week, 2 week and even 3 week chart? If so, whats your take on that? When BTC had a strong bullish divergence like that it market the bottom and it took off.

I’m trying to help you out here. What problem does ADA solve? I’ve read their whitepaper and thesis and it seems outdated and other blockchains do what it does better. I haven’t done much research though so if I’m being ignorant please help me understand.
Please do your research about ada. If you do, and you care about true decentralization, no downtime since inception, best tech and academic approach, it is the only alt to hold long term. Not saying it will not bring gains, I think many people will be surprised this bull run. Screw the people denouncing it. They do not know what they're talking about.
I'm holding on too, but concern is how much new $ will come into ADA? Seems many people have been sitting on it for years...confident we all make gains but how high does it go? Who knows....love it or hate it, it has been a constant top 10.

The US economy directs the rest of the world in its decisions. Canada for example is in desperate need of rate cuts, same with many other countries with deteriorating economic conditions, but they are waiting to see what the US does
Gonna be honest, I think BTC dominance will reach that 56%, but I think it will be bc BTC moves down, not up. My bet is we have another move down, we break the 8 week ma and then crash to bull market support band, where we break that too.
Would be nice. Most of my money is on the sidelines waiting for that.
do you think we will see such a move? etf inflows, halving narrative, etc keeps pushing the price higher and we havent seen a decent correction (more than 25%) since years - i have 30% cash on the sideline if that happens but im very skeptical reagrding this scenario - the hype is too big around btc
