Coming to our third chapter of the Alumni series 2021-2022, we have Tracy Shum from the class of 2008, who majored in Global Business and Management.
Tracy has spent 13 years working in a professional services firm, serving both local and multinational companies. Despite her extensive experience in the industry, her learning curve maintains steep through working and interacting with senior clients and decision makers in each new project.
Speaking of her major takeaway from Global Business, she believes it is the cultural sensitivity. Knowing how to adapt to different cultures, especially when working with people from diverse backgrounds, is proven to be useful and valuable in her life.
