markobe08 yeah. As Kobe did with MJ's videos to learned and copied most of his footwork and shooting skills.
Kobe didn't get at the level of MJ but he brought a good entertainment to us.

killablackmamba KBM Nah mj was shaking dudes with his handles. He was too fundamental, but yes he was also faster and stronger but he still was skillful which is why Kobe took advice from him.

If you take athleticism from Lebron, he is an average player. Not hating on him but he doesnt really have pure skill when it comes to fundamentals, footwork, moves, positioning, like Kobe had. Kobe moved like it was an art form and so elegantly. No doubt Lebron has skill, and may be the top 5 greatest players ever. Kobe was the definition of being a skilled basketball player. That coupled with his relentlessness, his mentality, his drive, his passion that fueled each and every moment he played. That is true greatness and that is being a true student of the Game. Thats why hes the GOAT.

When you look at his body of work it speaks for itself . Lebron is a better all around player , but damn . The Mamba hit some Tough degree of difficulty shots consistently thru his career . And if it was going to be the last shot he was going to more than likely take it and make it !
