Can’t believe Chef Pee Pee has been in this series since 2011!!!! Man I feel so old!!! Honestly Brooklyn Guy, Chef Pee Pee and Goodman to me are the only ones I feel nostalgic to my childhood watching this amazing channel!!! To this day they are still great characters we love!

Honestly same, I've been watching Logan for 12-13 years and seeing how he still uses the same puppets from some of my first videos is crazy to me. Plus seeing how messed they are, it really puts the years into perspective.
This really shows how much the puppets been through it brings back memories can't wait to see the new ones

Yes, but it takes lots of time and failure to EXACTLY replicate it. They were all made in one special way.

Maybe instead of retiring the old puppets you can have them restored? Like, replacing bits of Brooklyn guy’s hair, and replacing Chef Pee Pee’s pupils with ones from another puppet? I wouldn’t mind them being replaced, but the current puppets are iconic. They show their age in a good way.

Basically to clarify. To what logan’s dilemma is. Over the years with him using these puppets that are made by kids toy companies the demand for them inflated massively meaning the companies had to produce them faster, cheaper, and with less quality than before. Deeming them pretty difficult to replace overall
Now for his customs like jeffy. I’d imagine his original puppet maker (without knowing how important it would be) generally didn’t keep any like notes of measurements and stitch counts. Making those irreplaceable
In other words. Without really knowing and it’s unpredictable all things given. Logan can and will eventually need to replace the classics with either clones or eventually move forward into newer less iconic ones
logan sends her the measurements of jeffy every time and theres always at least one huge error with the appearance of the puppet
I noticed that jeffy originally looked like the stunt doubles, but somehow using it so much made it look COMPLETELY different, I still don't know how that happened

The only way to recreate Jeffy to the point would be to dismantle Jeffy and lay his stitching and cloth and then make a blueprint of It, but that would honestly take a while and a lot of trial and error and there could run the risk of completely ruining the Jeffy making him unfixable and then you couldn't stitch him back together afterwards
Well if the original was damaged beyond use they could technically still use that method
The face would have to be mostly intact though

You could make it so the original characters get into an accident of some kind that they have to get facial reconstruction, so it's not too jarring if you're forced to switch puppets

It makes complete sense to have to replace puppets. The Muppets and Sesame Street do it all the time and nobody really notices. For example Kermit's neck piece is changed frequently. Some suggestions I have for some puppets are:
Jackie Chu - Buy a new one and steal the crown from that to use for the original if you don't need to replace him.
Jeffy - Replacement eyes, because if you're still in contact with the original puppet maker then you should see if you can get new eyes.
An interesting idea that could be achievable with a fair sum of money would be seeing if Jim Henson's Creature Shop could replicate or even improve upon the Jeffy puppet. Knowing that you have a fair sum of cash it would be wise to look into that. I hope that helps.

I’m very tempted to try and make the Jeffy that the original maker couldn’t replicate. I think its very possible to do but will take time. I will put it on my maybe list. NOW if I do go through with it, I’ll make it with love and dedication. It will be a fun project if I ever get to it

In the SML Movie "The Nitendo Switch" it's the first ever video where Goodman starts acting the way he is. By giving Mario a mission to take care of the Nitendo Switch. And since they can't use anything Nitendo, this idea might not come to life

I use detailing brushes on my muppet replicas puppets, you can find them in the automotive stores, I guarantee if you bush his mustache it will look brand new
As someone whos watched since 2010, I would love for at least some of the original puppets to continue being used, but if they are retired they do need to be put up somewhere and not just used for parts or anything.

I know Jeffy isn’t gonna look 100% the same when you inevitably replace him.
But what you can do is occasionally switch on and off between the original Jeffy and a stunt double, just to ease the audience into his new design.
That way when it’s time to make that change, most people will be ok with it, and you can effortlessly change him without drawing attention to it.
Just a suggestion, hope you read.
