SO it's popping on thermal overload rather than surge like a blown appliance. That`s a tip to burn his house down brother... The breaker has a reason to pop which in this case are overheated wires, so not popping breaker will literally burn his house down(the machine eat 2200W, but his american outlets can handle 1875 max in theory, so they overheat and pop the breaker(flow of electrons always causes the conductor to heat up, when the wires are too thin they will heat up signifficantly, then the resistance of them will increase and the breaker will pop)
