Nichol, love the colorful inlay cards. Try your heat tool again. With Shrinky Dinks, they curl up but you need to heat them past this point and they will uncurl.

Fabulous cards! I LOVE the shrunk plastic balloon. Can't wait to go to my stash of shrinky dink and use it for this!
What a fantastic way to make a bunch of cards all at once - the worst thing about mass producing these cards is that it wipes out almost a whole pkg of that amazing glossy color blends cardstock all at once but the positive side of that is you then have a stack of cards that are ready to send out the door, all you have to do is sign the card and address an envelope. Thankfully SSS has more of that fab cardstock for purchase. Such cute cards !!! (how cute would these be for Party invitations with a "come to the party" sentiment) birthday, anniversary, graduation the sky is the limit (kinda like your imagination at coming up with amazing cards, it's unlimited) - ♥ this card design and the finished products.
Hopefully the price point of the color blend cardstock isn't too daunting to stock up!
@@SimonSaysStamp, not at all - I currently have 3 packages of it in my craft room, I'm being "selective" (ok stingy) with it out of fear of "what if" it's not going to be kept in inventory, not knowing that causes me to be "selective aka stingy" when & where I use it. If you tell me it's going to be around for a long time, I will be a happy gal, it is delicious cardstock. I have cut into some of it, I couldn't help myself, the struggle is real, to use it or to save it (just in case) 🤣

I think I may have found the missing die cut loop piece. I noticed there was a tiny die cut piece of the color blends paper stuck to the bottom cutting plate after Nichol finished die cutting. I so relate to losing tiny pieces, though. I have even lost letter stamps - never to be seen again. :( Glad she had a scrap to recut that little piece! I've done that, too. LOL I do love how these cards came together. Really cool, & the sequins add a nice finishing touch. I never thought of doing a large greeting stamp on shrink plastic. I may have to see what I have that would work. Thanks for sharing! :)

Very Pretty! I did see the other video, and they said we could use any type of acrylic paper. Also how come your background is so nice and shiny? It didn't seem like the paper was shiny but then when you showed the finished product it seemed like it was? thanks again!
The paper she is using is our color blend cardstock, which is printed on a glossy paper.

Yes, try it! Not super thick at all.
I wonder if press and seal would help keep all the balloons in place?

I tried the 325 degrees for 2 minutes and 1 minute, with a cookie sheet and parchment paper. They curled up. Is there a trick? Should I put another pan on it to keep them flat?
They will curl up some, but if you flatten them immediately while they're still warm, they should be ok. Hope that helps!
