I don't eat Chinese food. Bad experience with sweet and sour pork. Also rice has no flavor. I've lived with my decision, not caring about over 50% of food in the world. But, all those dishes looked tasty. I just might be able to live in China 😅😅😅.
I grew up eating English type of food, you know English people add ketchup to everything lol. But watching asian shows, I'm impressed on how they cook up regular dinner meals.

你一定未吃過廣東菜、香港菜，對中國菜只有一知半解，才以為中國菜不好吃。糖醋魚如果做得不好，是的確很難吃的。到香港來吧，吃廣東菜、潮州一殺、燒臘飯，包你一吃便永遠忘不了那些菜的好吃。
