(I love that, I'm stealing it) I listened to this on Spotify, but I'm just about the only teenager who hasn't worked out Twitter yet so I came here to let you know how much I loved it! Even if you did spend most of the episode not talking about gridlock :D It's not an episode specific question, but for the next time you record: if you could make any headcannon, cannon, what would it be? For example, I have a headcannon that the Doctor is asexual, and I would love that to be canon, I think it fits the character perfectly.
I would assume in NEW NEW NEW NEW ..................... York they speak very differently than we do now so the Tardis translates in British English as usual with the one exception. I was wondering if they have toilets and showers in their cars. About a singalong when you`re stuck in a car for years decades even, no Internet no devices boring af. I guess a singalong helps a bit?
There was an 11th Doctor/Clara episode where they visited the Rings of Akatahn (not sure how it’s spelled), and though it ended really poorly, a good portion of the episode is spent exploring the culture and showed us loads of different species of alien, and was really interesting.
i think i can honestly say i have never wanted to shag a cat or any other animal and never has this episode encoraged me to. haha :) you people are soooo funny you need to do a seperate channel for this podcast colab as its a entity in it self. xx love you both
I hope you two have a Merry Christmas. Love the fact you are back on Escaping Kasterborous. In reference to when Martha's female kidnappers mentioned how long it would take. It wasn't said but it was implied. That was the reason why they took Martha from The Doctor to create the entire situation of the episode. To get there in double the time of everyone else on the speedway they would need another person and there was The Doctor and Martha. I love Gridlock. Especially the end where Martha actually gets The Doctor to talk which it feels like he needed to do but never does. He even had a sense of a moment of being at ease with actually opening up even if was just a bit. That is part of why Russell's way of telling a story is so awesome in the Whovian world. Can't wait for him to come back
